Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to yogurt flavors. Many add on as well. If you choose the fruity flavors, stay within the catagories or else it will taste really weird. The atmosphere feels really relax. The space not too big or small, just right. This is all self serve and you just take it to the counter for checkout, the workers are very nice.

Lovely place to grab some ice cream or froyo. The froyo is weightless which means you pay by the size of the cup regardless of how full it is. S,M, L are the options. Small worked great for me. I had the vanilla cake which is hello cake batter and vanilla mixed together and a little original/tart. Had gummy bears on top, bobas...yum! They only had 12 options for ice cream.

POP culture is home of THE best frozen yogurt in the city of Shoreview. It also has gourmet popcorn that is actually just popped corn! Who knew?

We came for frozen yogurt and popcorn.Nice selection on the yogurt toppings not a lot of yogurt flavors. I came for the popcorn I can definitely eat it all day ... uh this popcorn wasn't good at all !They're stored in plastic containers behind the register and you chose your flavors before check out . The popcorn taste JUST LIKE PLASTIC! No flavor on the pill pickle in which I was really looking forward to having , my other flavor was Jalapeño ranch which has a slight flavoring . Popcorn isn't fresh so it's all together a bad combo . I would say ask to try before buying prices are too high for such bad popcorn!!

Overall, I think I only like froyo places because of the toppings and once in a while I like to try a weird artificial flavor/combination. Although Pop Culture is nice and I come here often (mainly due to its convenient location), I found it not too special or unique from other froyo places- besides the option of buying popcorn too. Their froyo flavor selections are a bit limiting but they do try to rotate flavors. Pretty much every time I went, something was wrong with one of the flavors- too liquidity, etc. But I think there is a wide variety of toppings to choose from and I appreciate that they have dividers if you want to create two froyo in one cup (I like to have a side for fruity flavors and one for chocolate flavors). Pretty much all the staff are young folks who are trying- some are nice but most just stare it seems (but I'm not mad cuz that was basically me when I was a teenager). But if you plan to be a regular, there are punch cards too at least!

The froyo was run of the mill. I had a craving for some fro-yo and it hit the spot. It wasn't spectacular just middle of the road. The thing that really lost a star for this place was the smell. I don't know many places that the bathroom smell permeates the place. I also lost my froyo craving just based on the smell. So because of that I was not about to sit there an eat this. So I drove home by which time half of my fro yo was fro-soup. I probably didn't need it all anyway.

This froyo spot has great selections and is super clean - which is saying something when half of the inventory is sticky and melty. I love to swing by here for "takeout" on nights where it's just me, OnDemand, a bottle of wine, and PJs. I don't think the employees here have ever seen me in real people clothes. Pop is locally owned and conveniently located off of Lexington, about where 10, 694, and 51 meet. Private parking lot too! They always have 10 flavors available, including options like sorbet and no-sugar-added, with dividers available so you can have the best of both worlds. Obviously there are tons of things going on in here... toppings of every sort. My faves: cheesecake bites, mochi, boba, Fruity Pebbles, Cap'n Crunch, gummy bears, brownie bites, coconut flakes, vanilla wafers, and hot fudge. Every time I approach the weight station I fear I've gone overboard, but it usually always costs me about $5.Other treats: dog treats, ice cream sandwiches, and froyo push pops are available for purchase in their fridge. They offer hot coco in the colder months too.

Love me some froyo on a warmer minnesota day! This place had good reviews and we were in the area, so decided to stop by! Staff was very limited, only one person out and about, but very friendly as well. Had about 10 or so flavor options, including one no sugar added and one non dairy option. I had the fruit loops and the yellow cake batter flavors! Super good. Toppings looked fresh, which I typically am observant of and picky with, especially with the fruit. They also have a wall of different flavored popcorns which is cool! Didn't try it, but may have to check it out next time. They had lots of obscure flavors like grape or confetti. Limited outdoor seating as well as a fair amount of indoor seating. Big pro is the private parking lot and restaurants nearby. Gave it only 4 stars because I wasn't super wow'd, just your typical froyo shop!

Unquestionably the best frozen yogurt I've ever had. Other than the whipped cream machine (which is awesome) the rest of the toppings are in line with just about every other frozen yogurt shop. What makes this place great is the frozen yogurt itself. I've never had froyo taste as creamy and have as much flavor as the stuff from here. I typically stick with chocolate and mix up the toppings, but everything I've ever tried here is fantastic.

I love these type of places. The guy at the counter was pleasant and made sure to point out that it's "weightless". You buy the cup and can put whatever you want in there. It was clean and the froyo tasted good. There could be more flavors but what was there ticked the boxes for my kids and me.The only thing to AVOID is the candy corn. Not really a problem with how POP Culture does it, but it gets very hard when it's stale. Just avoid it, there's a hundred other things to put in your cup.
