Plaza Morena Campestre Grill

Just stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday while coming back from Owatonna, and we will revisit, friendly service and what we ordered was hot and delicious.....

Popped in for lunch for about the first time in a decade. The food was just as delicious as I remembered. A table was finishing up when I arrived about 1:30 Wednesday, which left me the only person dining! I opted for the lunch burrito sans mushrooms. It had.....my nose started running heat! I mixed the burrito around w the refried beans, rice, lettuce & sour cream so the heat came down to a....perfect! My server came around once to ask if I needed more chips & salsa. The friendly manager also came by to check in on everything. Great food and great service in a very comfortable setting. I need to make my meals here happen more frequently than every decade. Thanks Plaza Morena for reminding me why I started dining at your restaurant in the first place, cheers!

Never a disappointment. Always a good choice. Try the burger at the Mexican restaurant.

Delicious! Always friendly staff and very efficient! Service, food, all terrific! Chips and salsa, margaritas, seafood enchiladas are some of my favorites!

Consistently great food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tamales, burritos, and enchiladas are great, as are the Mexican sandwich and Hawaiian quesadilla. The eggs and chorizo is a nice lunch option. The José burger is amazing. All portions are large.

Stopped in around 3:30. Fairly dead but it was a Tuesday so no worries there. The restaurant is very visually appealing and the staff were very polite. Our server greeted us promptly and helped us with our food choices. I got the Chimichanga with shredded beef off of the "Mexican Favorites" section of the menu. It came with rice, beans, pico de galo, and lettuce. The chimichanga itself was really good! It came covered in cheese and a ranchero sauce. The beans and rice were good, too, but nothing to brag about. For 11.99, it was worth it. They have a happy hour from 2-6 but only for tall tap beer, so unfortunately no margarita deals.

Love this place. Great food. Fast service. The menu is terrific. The drinks are fantastic. Try the enchiladas!!

Great food. Great service. I have been going here since they opened. They catered my father's memorial service as well. Jose is a wonderful human being.
