This is the best pizza in St. Cloud by A MILE. Great sauce, great crust, good quality toppings. The staff is a little uneven, but that's true at a lot of places with the pandemic.

Tried the lunch combo - two slices (medium sized) and a bottle of pop. I was very under-impressed. The crust was soggy, the pizza was greasy, and the toppings and crust were tasteless. There was a decent amount of cheese on the pizza, and the slices came with some pizza sauce to dip the crust into - those were the two most positive things I can say.Their motto might be "voted best pizza in town by some guy," but it certainly wasn't this guy. You can find better pizza elsewhere in town.

My husband and I volunteer with the youth at our church. We were sent a letter explaining the fundraiser opportunities that Pizza Depot has. The letter included a coupon for free pizza and depot Dunkers to try things out. Nothing about the experience of ordering thrilled me. My husband called in the order around 4:30 asking for the pick up time of 6:00. He explained the coupon and why we had it. He said that a few minutes after placing order someone calls telling him that he can't have both pizza and Dunkers free the coupon should be for one or other. He reads the coupon to the person and it clearly says both. Person on phone says ok and wants to see coupon when we pick up. Around 5:30 he gets a call asking when we are going to pick up pizza since its been ready for awhile. He explains that he had ordered early but be wanted it ready later. Staff person says ok they will remake it. We go to pick up. No problems with pick up the coupon is accepted. Get home to eat. The pizza was ok, but nothing too exciting. The crust seemed a bit doughy, that could be due to quickly remaking with the pick up time confusion. The taste was good enough to try again, but there are other places in town that I would rather have. Location of store is odd. Out of way in strip mall. There were a few tables inside which surprised me. I figured that this would be a carry out only place. The lunch special could be a good deal. Too bad it is out of way to get to for lunch.

I wanted to love this place, but I think I may have ordered the wrong thing. The take and bake pizza is way overpriced and tastes like a Tombstone pizza. Crust is store bought and there's barely any sauce and no seasoning. A 12" for $11! I could bought a cheap frozen pizza. Maybe their regular pizza is better and their wings look amazing!!

I've been eating Pizza Depot for years - since their initial location in Becker. While their pizza is good, they do have flaws. The first is location. For a pizza joint doing a by-the-slice lunch special, the location is far too small and too far away from any main roads. The visibility just isn't there. Second is the hours they are open. Closing at 10 in a college town is not good for business. Toppers is open until 3 AM, Domino's until 4 AM. Jimmy johns is even open until 3:00 Thursday- Sunday. The bulk of pizza eaters in St. Cloud are college students, and they stay up late. Third is the competition. There at SO many options for pizza in St. Cloud. Gary's, Jet's, Dominos, Little Caesars, $5 pizza, papa johns, Waldo's. The list goes on. Why would someone order Pizza Depot over a different place? Other than loyalty, not much. People need an incentive to try something new in a town with so many options. Pizza Depot has fantastic food, I hope they stick around because they blow most chain restaurant pizza out of the water.

Disgusting place of business. The bosses do not care about their employees, nor do they have the proper training for their employees to succeed. If they are having issues with employees they need to look at their management issues and see what they can do to help their employees succeed. This business is extremely slow simply because they don't hire enough people either. It's unprofessional, sad, and disappointing. Food is gross and highly priced. Go somewhere else and don't support this business.

Stopped in for their lunch special, 2 cuts of pepperoni pizza and a bottle of soda. Slices were average to small, nothing amazing and it was $7.45, YIKES? Check this place off my list, next...
