Took my vehicle in and 1 day after I got it back the front bumper (that they fixed) was coming off. They said they'd give me a loaner no charge, as if it was a huge favor ... well, I took my car to miller's for another issue and they said they'd fix it no charge- won't recommend or go back

I literally was involved in three accidents in two and a half months- all not my fault. Peters handled everything extremely well- from having the rental car ready for pick up to do an extremely good job with the repairs!

This was my #1 body shop for me and anybody that asked, not anymore, after finding rust on my repair a few months after they fixed it i found out my 100% warranty was worthless and worse i was just told NO , this area that they painted was not covered. Between the service and the insurance rep. i got two different stories. the job took longer then promised and NO offer to help or fix the rust when i stopped in for suggestions, I understand the rust coming through on my truck like they all do but to get the cold shoulder and plain out NO felt like poor service. I will not go back. Make sure you know what 100% means and covers! Rick D.

My only other experience with body shops was Abra in St. Cloud. They suck. I was recommended to peters, it took a few weeks to get in as they were booked but I'm glad I waited! Excellent staff an service, they did great work an went the extra mile. They detailed the inside an it was a like a new car when picking up.

Peter's is walking distance from my house and approved through my insurance. My son took his classic car there for a repair in May 2018. While we waited a month to get the car back--due to both technical and personnel issues--the account manager kept us updated on its progress. I admit they did a great job. When I brought my Honda Accord there two months later, I expected to wait but to receive what my son had--top-notch service and a stellar repair to the two separate claims I had made to my insurance. Neither occurred. My account manager (AM) was a poor communicator. Two days passed after the date the car was expected to be finished before he called, telling me that I'd have to wait a third day. When I picked up the car, I was shocked that only one of the two repairs had been completed. The AM claimed he called me about the insurance issue regarding the second repair, but I didn't get that message and he never followed up.On top of that, my car was not vacuumed and didn't appear to be washed (as is the standard at most repair shops I've patronized). The worst part? They didn't properly set the latch on the passenger side of the car for the repair they did do. To this day (April 2019), my passengers cannot let themselves out of the car; I have to get out to open their door from the outside. I wanted to bring my car back for them to fix the latch, but I'm having a hard time trusting they'll do that correctly. I'll just do it myself when I have time. While the one repair they completed looks great--and the rest of the staff seemed kind and somewhat attentive--I cannot endorse a business that employs someone who seems to exhibit minimal effort to customer service without attention to detail or quality control.I will go to Miller Auto Body--as I had originally intended--from now on.

This is the best body shop I have been to. Although the work is not factory perfect, they do better than any other body shop I know of. They can match color perfectly and do a great job of blending the paint work in to the original paint on the car.
