This place has a traditional Irish pub style. It's a great spot if you want to enjoy a glass of Guinness and a Reuben sandwich. However, the vegan sandwich was quite soggy. The service is okay, and the pool table is fun to play.

Came here on a Friday afternoon, low key yet still populated. Staff was friendly and personable. Played pool after having the bacon jam burger special. Lots of space with tables, booths and two bars to sit at(:

Patrick's has been a favorite of mine in town for a long time but it appears they are making changes and they are not for the better. Stopped in for a late lunch, it was our second choice as the first place was really busy. Patrick's was a ghost town inside with the exception of the people sitting at the bar. There was not a single other person in the dining room we were in. I will admit it was a slower time of day but again, the place a couple blocks down was very busy. Looking at the menu, they discontinued my favorite sandwich so, I decided to try the Gustie burger which is a pretty standard cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. After "upgrading" to fries from what looked like regular Lays potato chips the meal was about $16 which I don't mind paying for a really good burger but this was pretty middle of the road. Not bad but nothing to get excited about. Again, it's a pretty standard burger, the lettuce looked more like dandelion leaves than anything, the patty had decent flavor. Portions were of average size, not a lot of fries for the $2 up charge. I don't want to be totally negative as I have really liked this place for years but, it does appear the place is struggling. Raising prices, shrinking portions, and reducing menu selection doesn't seem good for business. Food was prepared ok, service was fine, did you change management? Please change it back.

You can't come to Saint Peter and not go to Patrick's on 3rd. They have a great drink selection, good food, and very often, excellent music.

Good food. Service was a bit slow, but there were at least three reunion classes getting together so the place was busy.

Good pub food and a great selection of beers. We started with a couple of pints and Wings, trying both the Thai Peanut and Honey Mustard sauces. The wings were crispy and the both sauces were very good. We ordered a Gustie Burger and Macho Nachos and those were both really good too.Would definitely come here again.

Was in St. Peter for a softball tournament and was looking for a good.olscr for myself and the girls. This place is right I. The heart of downtown St. Peter and was recommended by locals as a place with good food, good prices and good portions. All winners in my book before I eat. If you want five star and white tabletop this isn't your place. If you want good service, plenty if seating, good traditional bar food and large portions with good pricing and a small town fee then this is your place. Great menu with plenty of options, big bar selection of beer and alcohol. Service was very good and food came out quick and hot. I got the low rider burger and added grilled jalopenos along with tator tots. The girls got boneless wings and a BLT. All of it was excellent and the burger was fresh and loaded! Went to Patrick's on 3rd after reading other yelp reviews, and we were also in town for the MNMakerFair at the fairgrounds. We sat in the bar area and the bartender told us about some beers that we had questions on and then he said go ahead and sit at a table I'll come to you. I love it when the bartenders can come out from behind the bar! We ordered the guinness battered fish taco's and the wings. The taco's were delicious and the fish was crunchy, loved the sauce that they put on them. We ordered a dry rub wing and they came out hot and delicious. There is nothing worse than when your food is up and it sits under that heat lamp, so glad to say these were hot! The place was lively with local folks and you can tell this is a local hangout. John the bartender was friendly and came back several times to take our drink orders, we had the surly "damian" which was delicious. We also tried a few other beers. What a great atmosphere this place has, we will definately be back.

Irish pub. Interesting decor. Intriguing menu choices including bison. The AuGratin cheddarwurst soup was decadent. Bison tacos were good. The chips were stale and the onions in the pick strong. Chicken with portobellos was OK. 32 beers on tap. ~15 in bottles.

PHENOMENAL bison tacos! My tablemates were unimpressed with one of their entrees, and when communicated, service staff and management responded superbly. Very understanding and go-out-of-their-way effort. Would recommend it anytime, any place.
