We had reservations for 4 in the main dining area. It was a Thursday at 4pm, not too busy but by the time we left it was!!The main dining room has Giant booths for groups of four and are awesome!!!I had the Carmel Apple rotating cider. It was incredible and on the happy hour menu! Three people at our table had this drink! The Bourbon Espresso martini was the happy hour cocktail of the day, it was very strong! The Spiced jungle bird cocktail was different than what I had expected, very interesting drink! we were told in the beginning that we had to be out by a certain time to accommodate another reservation, but our server and the host worked it out so we could continue chatting, ordering drinks and having a great time at our table!Sam was our server and she was very nice and accommodating. Our group was a little late or half of us were and our server was so nice and allowed us to order drinks and food slowly.

I love both Parlours. Both have great burgers and cocktails, the big difference being the size and feel of the place (North Loop is small and intimate while St. Paul is big and brighter.)The burgers here are still a ok the best in town if you like thin smash burgers. The buns are nicely grilled, the burger sort of crispy, the pickles bright and the cheese melty. The duck fat fries are amazing, ask for the aioli to make them even better. Beyond burgers there are bunch of other things including amazing cauliflower. I can't say enough about the drinks. The list is great and the bartenders are amazing at crafting something not on the menu that you will likely love. Go here.

We got the cauliflower appetizer, not my idea, but after I bit into it, I'm glad we got it. It was so delicious. We both got the burger. I decided to get the "bacon" and egg added on. It definitely did not disappoint. We will be coming back.

We came to Parlour Bar for Happy Hour and a quick bite before a show at O'Shaugnessy. (Yes got back in our car to go up to St Kate's) Deviled eggs, Brussel Sprouts and loaded fries are perfect! An excellent Happy Hour. Great drink prices too. Yes the Parlour Burger is all that. Had that too. We had an attentive server and we sat in the bar. It's a great place.

We've been to Parlour in Minneapolis and had the same great experience here! Hands down one of the best burgers in the cities. I decided to get the Mac and cheese this time and was not disappointed. Service and atmosphere were great, although I do prefer the Minneapolis ambiance a little more. Highly recommend!

If you're going to an even at Xcel, definitely make a stop here for dinner! I had only been to the Minneapolis location, but I love how large and rustic this location is. It really felt like we were at a cozy bar on a winter night. Beware that they have a reduced menu on Gamedays. We started with the seasoned popcorn which is a MUST - I had never gotten it before but it's such a unique and fun flavor, easy to munch on before your meal. We also ordered fries & the swiss aioli to share - the server said we would need 2 orders for the 4 of us, but we really only needed one. Fries could've been more well done for my liking, but the aioli is a signature at Parlour and the perfect pairing for fries. I do hate that it's an extra $3, it's insane. Finally, everyone ordered burgers and I tried the Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious, but nothing really to special. Our food took a very long time - but it was a busy night.

I recently visited Parlour on a busy Saturday before the Noah Kahn concert.I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with friendly staff ready to take my order. The Parlour burger itself was cooked to perfection - juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of toppings. The egg on top was the preverbal cherry on top. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, and the Mexican coke was the perfect pair with our meal.Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend Parlour Bar and Grill to anyone in the mood for a delicious, satisfying meal.

Good: 4/5. Service:3/5. Consistently good. One of the best burgers in the Twin Cities. The burger at North Loop location is not the same!!

The restaurant had plenty of seating for brunch and I loved that in different areas of the restaurants there are different ambiances. I have always loved the Parlour Burger - of course, who doesn't! But wanted to try something new for brunch. I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and the bacon was THICK! The sandwich was nicely cooked but I did ask for mayo to add to it since there wasn't a sauce on it. Another must have is the french fries and swiss aoli. (It's worth the extra charge) I was able to try 2 drinks, the espresso martini and the cocktail of the moment that had almond flavors. The best was the cocktail of the moment with its unique mix of flavors.

I definitely enjoyed my experience at Parlour Bar. We went on a Saturday afternoon in the summer and were seated right away! They were even able to seat us right next to the window for a view outside. We didn't realize that everything was a La carte, but that was a good opportunity for us to share! I ordered the Brussel sprouts and was not expecting them to be super spicy! I'm a whimp when it comes to spice though but they were still tasty. The chicken sandwich was my favorite! So good! The fries were also very delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping in for some smaller dishes or appetizers!
