We were in the area for a hockey tournament and came here in between games with the team. It was a perfect spot to let the kids bowl, have lunch and let the adults mingle. Staff was very accommodating and good with our entire group of 30+ people coming in all at once. They had a nice variety of food and the pizzas were huge!

Booking was easy. Food was good-much like any other bowling alley. Clean place and quick service.

Nice room of billiard tables. Bartender was slammed with league bowlers. Still able to serve a full bar in billiard room.

Just your normal bowling alley. We went on a Saturday at noon. For 2 people 2 games and shoes It was a total for 23 buck not bad for a fun after noon. The environment was very stereotypical and the customer service was normal. We had some food and it seemed like food that you microwave from a box from the freeze section.

Tonight a few friends and I decided to go bowling. We were going to go to a place closer to us, but they had a 2.5 hour wait. We decided to try the Park Grove Bowl because they had an 'All You Can Bowl' night for $10 +$3 shoe rental on Saturday nights. We arrived about 830 and there seemed to be plenty of lanes open. There was a group before us in line and they were told that the few lanes you do see open were actually closed because they weren't working. That group promptly left, we were next and the Girl at the counter said she will see how long it might take to get a lane fixed, we said thank you and asked if she would take our name down so if a lane came open we could have it. She took our name down and how many were in our group. We sat down and waited patiently, after about 10 minutes of waiting we noticed a few groups starting to come in the building. The first group in the line got a lane and shoes. So I hopped up and asked about the girl who took down our name because we had been waiting. The guy said sorry about that, they are short and he has been doing the job or 4 employees that night. He gave us a lane and shoes. We went to our lane set up for our game. As we are grabbing the balls a group saw us setting up and said, how come they got a lane, we were here first and the girl employee told us to wait by this lane. To which I apologized, because that isn't right. After we played a game, we decided to get beverages. FM got her drink first, and came back to the table and I went to get mine. TM was waiting when I walked up to the Ordering Window. The girl employee asked what TM wanted and he asked for a Henry's Hard Soda 'Orange', she said they were out and all they left was 'Grape'. He said that was fine I guess and got the Grape. She said $5 please. TM paid, bit said to me, 'FM's was only $2.' I ordered a soda which was $2. I asked if there was free refills and she said 'No'. TM asked why his was $5 but FM was $2. She rudely said 'there was a discount on that one only.' We wish she told us that before he paid since it wasn't even what he wanted in the first place. We finished playing a few more games, our lane glitches a couple times. But over all the price was worth the number of games we played. The low score is for the attitude of the girl employee, the disorganization of the establishment, and the lack of working lanes. Would I come back again, probably not, but I didn't drive here or choose this place so if that's the case again, I guess I will end up here. Just not by my choice.

Clean bowling alley (ie: doesn't still reek of cigarette smoke.)Friendly customer service- the woman at the desk checked on us several times to make sure we were having a good time.We went on a Sunday night and it was great, not crowded at all. Shoes were clean and reasonably comfortable, good selection of balls (especially for those of us who need a wider finger hole.) Ugh. That came out wrong, I think. We had to wait just a few minutes for a lane, but they have an excellent bar to kill time in. Darts, pool tables, large TVs and lots of high-top tables. Bartender was very nice also! All in all, a great place to bring your family or friends and have a fun time.

This place is a nightmare. Myself and 3 other people went there on a Saturday night to go bowling. We had to wait for a lane. Not a big deal, understandable. So we went to the bar, after 10 minutes of no service I finally went up to the bar and ordered drinks,to a very rude bartender, for myself. The captain Coke I ordered had no captain Morgan in it and when my gf asked for a new 1 the bartender got a attitude with her. When we got our lane to bowl, we ordered food. They ran out of half the food we ordered. When I finally got my food (25 minutes later) it was cold and nasty. This place is horrible, the service was horrible and I will NEVER go there again and wouldn't recommend anyone go there. If I could I would give 0 stars but in order to post this I have to give at least 1 star

The bartender was on a major power trip. She definitely needs a new carrier that isn't customer based.

We moved our pool league team there a year ago and have been very disappointed with the overall experience. The bartender, Joe, has never made us feel welcome and the pool tables are among the worst we've ever played on. This is the only host bar we've ever played for that doesn't offer a free drink to the players despite the money we spend on food and drinks each week. Time to move on, not that they care....
