Painted Turtle Chocolatier

My first visit (over the summer) was great. There were so many options I couldn't decide, and with the prices, I figured it was best to just get a curated box versus 2-3 pieces. The owner, a kind woman whom I chatted with for a while, helped me curate an assortment focused on coconut options and a couple of others. I purchased 5 items that were packaged and wrapped with care. Items were: Martha Washington*, Coconut Truffle, Sea Salt, White Chocolate Haystack*, and a white chocolate option with (I think) jasmine and pistachio*. Items noted with the asterisk were my faves. I would definitely return to get my faves, try others, and support a small business.

really cute place, the chocolate is good. Great for gifts! I like the melt aways and chocolate covered grahams.

I've been shopping here for years even before they moved to the current location, everything has always been incredibly good. They have gift boxes, molded chocolate figures and individual candies so you can create your own assortment which the staff can advise your picks. On a couple occasions I have purchased a box along with a chocolate birthday card - it's a gift that is delicious and always appreciated.

Very clean and fresh building and atmosphere. Truffles are fabulous.You can watch the chocolates being made.
