OneTen Cycles is a great place to shop for anything related to bikes. The sales rep was very nice and he answered so many of our questions. We were able to purchase a bike rack for our car with confidence. We will be returning to buy some good bike shorts and to have them tune up our bikes. This will be our "go-to" place for bikes.

Having spent weeks hunting for the perfect bike for me I had become battle hardened. The calls I made went from filled with hope and excitement to pure cynicism. Visiting different stores... well, just read my last review. But then I got on the phone with Brad and something was different. I was hearing some of the same words but I wasn't getting shut down. So I drove 50 more miles to OneTen Cycles and met a young woman who turned it all around for me. Stephanie did everything right!Asked questions then listened. Gave input but also gave me time to register the information. She put up with all my jokes and sarcasm and I could tell she was highly intelligent. I feel very lucky now that it's all over. Thank you guys for delivering excellence when everyone else is delivering large bags of *#%$.

I discovered this place as it's one of the few places in the Twin Cities that actually washes hockey gear. It was a huge clean store that obviously focuses more on bicycles, but they had awesome customer service. I received my hockey gear back within one week, and it smelled great. Really happy to have found a place that cleans hockey gear.

Good guys to work with. Not the cheapest but all staff there are experts in all things cycles and the repair and maintenance work is second to none. Interesting Trek exclusive concept store. I hope it succeeds and others follow suit. Nice to have a first quality neighborhood bike shop in Mendota Hts!

I have bought quite a few bikes from OneTen Cycles and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There must be a dozen shops closer to my home, but none that are better. Tom W. the owner has helped my family with his expertise for years and it has always been a pleasure. Quality bicycles, products from a quality owner. Do yourself a favor and make sure you go to OneTen Cycles.

I bought my beloved road bike at 110 cycles 16 years and many miles ago. I brought it to 110 for service; Chain, rear cassette, and tune up. My bike is like new. It shifts quick and true. They turned it around within two days. Great Store and shop!

Service means a lot to me, especially if I'm a repeat customer. One Ten needs to do some work on attitude and making things right if there is a complaint. There are plenty of bike shops around the twin cities that are willing to go the extra mile to keep my business. Guess I'll go to one of those where I can feel appreciated.

Really bad service, didn't keep their word, wouldn't make it right. I was hoping to buy two ~$1900 bikes, so I called shortly after the store opened to ask if they had the bikes in stock (they did) and to see if they could be ready to test ride before purchase in a couple of hours. I was told one was already setup and that they'd get the other one ready, so my wife and I both took the afternoon off work to test them out -- fully intending to put them on the rack and drive them home. When we got there around 1:30, however, the girl who "helped us" said that only one was ready, since "we're busy today" -- but that they could get it done by the end of the day (7:00 PM). No apology or offer to make it right, just an excuse. I understand getting busy (heck, I have a job, too), but I didn't feel this was a very customer-friendly answer. After all, I told them what I wanted hours in advance, asked if they could accommodate it, and they agreed. If you can't or won't follow through, don't commit. This is what separates the good from the not good, and is what I'd be concerned I might run into with future maintenance and repair requests. However, even though it would be an inconvenience for us (the customers), we told them we'd be willing to wait if they could move this to the top of the queue. The best we could get was "every day's different" and that they could try to have it done some time around 5. Still no apology or willingness to take ownership for their mistake -- just another excuse. So, what did we do? We took our $3,800 to Freewheel Bike shop instead (not to mention any future maintenance and service business). When I called them and told them about the disappointing experience we just had, they jumped right on it to get a second bike set up and delivered on what they promised. They made our bike purchase what it should be -- an enjoyable and exciting experience. Maybe one ten will take this to heart and get the message that customer service is actually really important. I have my doubts, however, and won't be surprised that if there's any response to this, it's likely to be more full of excuses than ownership.

I moved nearby in 2015 and have been using them as my "go to" LBS ever since. VERY friendly and VERY competent service and sales staff. They keep a good inventory and, if you have an off-the-beaten-track need, they have a way to get it, quickly. Highly recommend! Dru from Mendota Hts

ok, well, spoke with a guy at this shop over two weeks ago, asking if the Trek FX 3 Disc, Red, Medium was available at his store. he spoke with me for several minutes and said that he'd have one the next week - last week - and would call me. last week came, i got no call so called the store and spoke with Stephanie. Again, i confirmed what i wanted, mentioned that the guy never called me and was told by her that the bike would be at their store this week wednesday or thursday and they'd call me. no call from them. so, i just called and spoke with Stephanie again and was told that they have a black one, not red and that i could go there to test ride it. no. and no, i don't want to wait another week as she was suggesting i do for possibly a red one. One Ten? well, since you're giving me the option to rate you, you get a 1! Hold it everybody. just got a call from One Ten, apology from them accepted, will have bike friday, they'll call me friday re: status and most likely i can pick up the bike friday with me saying thanks, glad to hear it and i appreciate hearing back from them and will be happy to pick up the bike friday or saturday. Thanks Tom and Stephanie! star rating up to 3, may go up as i experience doing business with them again in the future.
