Nouvelle Brewing

Visited based on a friend's recommendation and it definitely didn't disappoint. This is a cute place with lots of seating. The pizza and the Nouvelle fries are delicious! I also had a few of their seltzers (the mojito one was great!). If you are in the area, highly recommend this spot for a drink and a bite to eat!

The restaurant is always clean and bright. The employees are cool, and kind. I think I got a little bit of smack talk when I asked to have my burger cut in half...LOL I have come here for food 4 times...and enjoy myself every time. There's never been a disappointment. The drinks are tasty, too. I had the Broadway Burger & fries. They are served with truffle ketchup. Yum Of course, I will come again.

Nouvelle is kind of in the middle of the Robbinsdale downtown area with little parking space. Be prepared to potentially park further out but not too distant. We showed up with a decent size party in the afternoon for the Vikings & Packers game and we were able to get a large table, nice! The service was quick as we ordered through the QR code but think of everything as self-service if you're expecting something different. That includes getting water and condiments. For food, everything was good but the mustard was overpowering all the flavors of the burger! If you're not a fan, keep that in mind. Overall, I think this is a cool casual spot and would come back.

Went for lunch buffet and left with a happy full stomach. Now for lunch they have a variety of pizzas, apps and salad to try for $20 per person and they do take request as well. The seating is the same either indoor or outside. They are quick about putting out options as soon as one pizza is done. Love this option so that way you can try a variety to see what is your favorite. Still top on my list was the piggy pie that was available but did not get a picture and the manhattan pizza! The flavors are top notch with some basics but also some over the top ideas that are delicious. The areas to sit down after a QR code so if you are ordering off the menu you can just sit down and order.

Good size patio, decent drinks, better food elsewhere.Pros:Some parking in the back with signage. Located in cute and small downtown Robbinsdale.Drinks were ok. Patio area is nice and spacious.Cons:Food was meh.Maybe not the best place if you have dietary needs. Service can be more attentive. I think there are some level of details they can work out. My partner got a pizza with no meat and when his pizza came out, there were definitely bacon bits on it, when asked the server said he was positive it was just the roasted red peppers then walked away (forgot to take pic of this pizza). After a few bits, we were sure it was bacon. Usually we have had good experience with doing orders online/QR code orders at other restaurants but maybe that's something that still needs work here. We did noticed that a few menu items had pictures that didn't fully match what was listed in the ingredients. For example, one of the salad didn't say there was pork or prosciutto in it but from the photos it looked like there was prosciutto as an ingredient. I'm a huge fan of minimal interaction with your server but I think in this case- it would have been maybe easier to have a server instead of any staff bringing out your order as it's ready.

REVIEW OF THE LUNCH BUFFET:Sorry all, I dropped the ball and forgot to get a picture LOGISTICS- Weekdays from 11-2. (I went at 1230 on a Friday and there was barely any inside seating left!) - $20/PP- Menu: Rotating pizzas, Asian pork nuggets and fries, cesear salad- The "buffet" is a few tables pushed together. Not a terrible set up, but just to level set expectations! PROS- If you come hungry, the $20 price tag is pretty good- The best cesear dressing I have ever had haha- The food stayed fairly temperature friendly- There was never a massive line- The pizza with balsamic and basil was tasty - Decent variety for this being a small buffet CONS- I give the staff a ton of kudos as they were working hard to keep the food refreshed! There were definitely 5 minute stretches though where everything was out. They only ever had 3 pizzas on the buffet at a time, and staff members were hard to get ahold of for any needs/questions. - Not enough dressing on the salad haha- The pizza was fine. I was expecting it to be a lot better. 6/10- No signage or staff giving instructions for how to pay for the buffet, rules(if there any about dirty plates, etc), nor signs saying what types of pizza are on the buffet. Easy fix! Overall, the vibe of the restaurant/brewery and town is cool (this was my first time!). I may return if they make a few improvements, as I do think it's a good idea and value!

Wow, don't know if I have ever lost faith in a place so quick! From 5 Stars in 22 to this! Now, to be fair I will say this is from two different visits but the end result was much the same...bad food that left me asking, WTF...for a place that is chef centered and all about the food!Stopped in a while back for some pizza and received this horrible pie, on a pre-baked crust..which is the absolute worst of sins for a place that is supposed to be about the pizza! Real pizza places would NEVER pre-bake a crust! When I complained the manager said that they can't hire enough experienced cooks..I say BS...this is a choice that is all about churning out pizzas, not quality!Now last night was just a drink and some apps. Ordered the Brussel Sprouts, probably the worst Brussel Sprouts I have ever had. Posted a picture of what we served...an absolute mess of undercooked unions, burnt pieces of something, excess grease, just pure garbage! Again, not something you would expect from a place that claims to be all about the food! Now I will say, we ordered the Fries and they were very good...they are fries, man if you can't make those might as well close the door!PS - showed the bartender the mess of Brussel Sprouts, sent them away...no offer to not charge, discount..full price for trash!Trash, just trash! Might be a while before I come back here!KT

This place is pretty awesome. I live in the area and had heard about it being a brewery that served better than average grub. That absolutely rings true! Both the pizza and the sandwich I ordered were delicious (I couldn't make up my mind and am always happy with leftovers). If you are looking for a good place to get a drink that isn't dependent upon a food truck or a limited menu - I highly recommend Nouvelle.

good food and beers. Their manager? (i think?), some red haired guy, seemed super pompous and not fair to bartenders. Really big power trip aspect about him for just being at a brewery. ruined the vibe. He was awkward to speak with too, just felt ultra fake and forced, rather than the casual voice of the other employees, which he didn't seem to appreciate.
