Northstar Balloons

Thank you, Briana, for coming through in a pinch! I have been searching and searching and searching for a very specific size/shape balloon, and the internet directed me to Northstar. However, my item (16" ampersand) was only available wholesale, with a minimum of 25. Gulp. I need one. Juuuuust one, lonely little 16"-inch-color-non-specific-balloon. I wrote an email, and customer service replied promptly, offering to send me my single balloon free of charge! AMAZING! Who does that anymore?!Thanks again, Northstar!
