Meh. The amenities and course layout is fine, but course conditions are mediocre at best. Slow greens, crabgrass galore, and the rough was probably 6" deep - fortunately it was mostly weeds, so a little easier to get out of, but unkempt. At $70 for 18 and half cart, I certainly won't be back because there are too many much nicer courses in the area at a far better value. Get it together, NRGC, you used to have a decent track.

I love the tree-lined fairways that test your shotmaking abilities. Beautiful greens and a great staff.

We arrived at the first hole at 12 for a tee time at 1206. My friend and I had never golfed this course before and we weren't sure what to expect. There was a group of 4 there that asked if they could play ahead of us because they were playing best ball and my friend and I like to take our time. Needless to say they teed off at about 1204 and we still ended up teeing off at 1206. We figured we could just use their tee time at 1215 and that way we wouldn't feel rushed. Well we were dead wrong. We got pushed through the first 9 the entire time and ended up having to wait for the people ahead of us anyway. I'm not sure why the two groups behind us decided to push up on their tee time but by the end of our 18 we had allowed 4 groups to go ahead of us even though we consistently were waiting for everyone. The course it's self is decent but I don't think my friend and I will be returning

Great classic track. One of the best layouts and conditioned course in western Wisconsin.I live in the Twin Cities but try to play here at least once a year. Recently added an amazing practice facility and driving range.

Course was in excellent conditions, greens were just aerated which made putting a bit tough! Nice electric carts, and mostly tar cart paths. Locker rooms were nice to have, and a snack shack on the course was great as well. All customer service was great and well worth the drive from the Twin Cities! Will be back!

Lovely course, great condition when we played yesterday 7/27/2018. However, the wait on EVERY hole was 10 minutes and sometimes longer to play. We bought a Groupon for 18 holes with cart and gave up after 9. Ridiculously slow play.

Played here in early October and it was impeccable. I was really impressed with the condition of the course. There is also nothing boring about it, many different hole styles and a number of great challenges. The staff was great as well very helpful, I just wish it was closer to the cities! It was a real treat to pay here

If they expect to compete with other courses in the area for weekend rounds, need to address pace of play. Pack a lunch as the reply from ranger is its busy..

Wonderful course, terrific conditions, reasonable pricing and nice staff. Love playing this course. Beautiful old trees, greens that run true and at good speed along excellent conditions make for a great day at the course!

New Richmond Golf Club is simply the best. They have hosted our golf tournament for 37 years and have never let us down. This year we had 3 inches of rain the night before and carts would not be allowed. Our group, getting older, now has cardiac issues, hip replacements, and bad knees. Walking would be a poor choice for some. Todd Kueppers did everything humanly possible to accommodate us. He jumped in a cart and drove the entire course to see if there could be an exception for carts. There wasn't. Instead he offered us a chance to play the links course 2 blocks away also owned by NRGC. That could allow carts. What exceptional service. Todd is the best and really cares about members and guests. It's hard to find such service nowadays. We will always come back. Thank you, Todd, and NRGC!!
