New Hong Kong Wok

This is my second time, trying this place, and I thought I would try around lunchtime when they were kind of busy and everything would be made fresh, I ordered the hottest sour soup, I have never had a sour soup with chicken in it not my thing, the chicken wings are supposed to be spicy and I see some spices on them but they're no spices. They have no taste. I've never seen a young in my life and I'm 62 years old that has only eggs and shrimp.(I ordered the shrimp egg for young). i'm used to my foo young have Bean sprouts I thought the second time would be the charm, but it will not be a third time. I don't know how anybody who know good Chinese food even think this was good. I guarantee you I can make better Chinese food at home and that's what I'll be doing the next time I want Chinese food because I won't be getting it from here.

I went there last week for the first time since my daughter wanted good egg drop soup. The place was not full because lunch time had passed. We ordered 3, and the food was AMAZING. We are going again today with my son and husband, who want to try too.

The old family used to care and made good food. Ordered moo shu pork and it came with cold tortilla instead of moo shu wrappers. When I called to complain, they basically said, "we don't care." If there was a negative star, this new family would earn it. Stay away.

Look to takeout here. Place your order ahead of time. It doesn't look like there was in-person dining when I came here. I went to place a order and went to wait in my car. The order itself took about 20 minutes to cook.I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and it was delicious! It came out hot and fresh. I the portion was ok. Honestly for almost $20 I thought I would get more, but regardless, the food was good.

BEST SERVICE IN THE AREAI always order takeout. It's always hot, fresh, and great size portions. The best restaurant in the area. You won't be disappointed try them out.

The egg foo yung is the best anywhere! Ask for extra sauce. Sooo good. Very fresh tasting too.

I had not ordered here since the previous owners moved on a while back now. The last time I ordered before they left, I was assured the food would be the same. I was skeptical of this, and tried a couple of other places out when I had a craving for Chinese. Success has been limited with my experiments, so I came back here to see how things played out with the "new" owners.Unfortunately. I found my selections were just not like the old versions. Basic staples like fried rice, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls all seemed more bland and prepared with less care than before. To be fair, I never found the egg rolls were good here, but the fried rice and soup were very good. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but it will be hard to try again after being let down so hard. Good, basic, old school American style Chinese places are getting really tough to find in my opinion.

Excellent food! It was freshly chopped and hot. We agreed this was the best we've had in years! Nice server too!

New Hong Kong Wok offers classic Chinese takeout. Nothing special, but it does the job. Solid choice for a quick meal.

15 years since I was there. Good chicken fried rice. Very nice lady there to greet me. Ill be back.
