Great place for breakfast in Albert Lea staff is very friendly. Food is fresh and good eating. If you don't wanna stand in line and tired of going to Perkins and all the National places try here it is good. Beware of the hours. They close at one.

The best breakfast ever had in my entire life! The hashbrowns, eggs, and English muffin were cooked perfectly. The service was awesome very friendly, very attentive. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed and there's a few larger tables and smaller tables as well as some booth and countertops seating. I can't recommend them enough! This is definitely one not to miss, if you're in the area or if you're in town. I heard some of the locals say they have the best potatoes in town after having the hashbrowns I absolutely believe it. They also offer American fries or something similar. Not very often at the cook comes out to make sure that the food is good to which they did it and I really enjoyed.

Although food was OK, they are not following Covid guidelines at all. We were crammed in tight, no social distancing, no mask requirement, staff not wearing masks. It is business as usual at Nancy's in the midst of a pandemic. Unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable and left before finishing my breakfast. I am trying to support the small businesses that are going through challenging times right now. I will not be back to Nancy's.

Thought we would try a new place for breakfast today.Despite the rather lackluster appearance from the street, the restaurant was bright and cheery inside. Filled with locals over the age of 65, the menu looked just the menu at 1000 other places in the country.Biscuits & Gravy, omelettes, pancakes and bottomless cups of coffee. Our waitress, Vicki, was friendly and attentive. The food was the expected cafe/diner fare.

Don't shop here, false advertising and prices. Menu doesn't reflect 50 cents extra per egg. Shame on you. You pay some too. No bueno. Don't recommend this business for deceptive advertising on menu. Post your prices correctly on menu. Hello, get with the program.

Reliable cornerstone of Midwest breakfast cafes. When you visit you will undoubtedly find silver haired locals, a simple, classic menu and brusque friendliness. You can get any breakfast you want as long as it's eggs or pancakes. Though they are done right and priced very good.

The food was great the service was awful. I have gone here in the past about 8 years ago and remembered how great the food was so I popped in with my fiance and sister. We ordered breakfast and I asked if I could get biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs add shredded cheese on top. This rocked there world apparently. My waitress rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Then when she was talking to the cook he scratched his head as she pointed back at my table to confirm our order. They sent a second lady over who was sitting at a booth on the phone, she had to pause her conversation to come to my table to confirm shredded cheese on my eggs, biscuits and gravy. She said that's the strangest thing she's ever heard of then went back to them and said very loudly yep that's what she ordered before sitting back at her booth and talking on her cell phone and the cook said I guess I can do that. Talk about a weird interaction I know I could've just settled for Perkins In town but I like supporting my local MA an PA shops. This made me start second guessing my choice of helping the little guy out if this is how they treat their guests.
