My Thrift Store

This is a FOR PROFIT thrift store, meaning their prices are insane, some things cost more than they would sell for new. Although they have a lot of options, they are too scammy and slimey for me. If you are planning on donating, PLEASE pick a different, not for profit, thrift store. Sucks that this place isn't contributing to the community and putting on a facade that they are.

The place was clean easy parking. There was a police car outside which reminded me of Walmart. And inside many options I like the painting frames for sale. They sell some jewelry also. It was relatively busy for Saturday morning.Easy access busy area many stores and fast food and coffee shops.

This is an ok thrift shop. It's got a lot of stuff and the aisles are more organized than a lot of places. I had read other reviews that painted a bleak picture and mention rough or rude staff, but I didn't experience anything like that here. They have a lot of staff especially in the back processing donations, but just normal people that I saw. They have a lot of clothing, and customers trying on things in store was amusing. Lots of Knick knacks, some tools, CDs, piddling section of LPs, eh kids stuff, and a lot of kitchen items. Prices are generally low but a couple of knucklehead prices. Furniture was slim and overall eh level. Vibe is kind of like Unique in New Hope without the savage pricing. It's ok. Not on my must see list but I might pop in a couple of times a year. I'd have to be in the area. I would not go out of my way.

Customer service is terrible. Employees are terrible & management are cons. A manager snatched pants out of my friends hands after he saw the designer pants were too cheap. Then he accused my friend switched the tags to make them cheaper. Boo boo place

Prices!!! Ridiculous I can buy a new sweater, dress, shoes for cheaper at macys, target and dsw for new. You get free donations start being part of the community and not a $ hungry business. I will protest against you until it improves

I really love this place. The way have great pricing. However, I wish they would let people use the dressing room.

Listen to the other reviews!!!The manager was terrible. He denied use of the dressing rooms because we "had left such a mess last time we were there". It was our first (and last) time being there. His response to us telling him we had never been was "I don't think so". Such an incredibly rude and creepy man.Pricing was inconsistent and arbitrary. Clothing of terrible quality was highly priced. The exact same items were priced with more than $10 between.If you want to be mistreated and scammed it's the place for you.

Well organized and amazing deals with a huge inventory. Everything you could want in a thrift store

Love this place! Always good for t-shirts and Jackets. Most of my closet came from this place so definitely 5 stars!

They treated me and my autistic wife horrible. Like the day before she left the house and yes I will note that she does leave the house from time to time because she is a big wanderer and that is one of the ways she copes with her autism.. but they wanted to say the day before ( 8/7/24 ) she supposedly stole something from their area after she told me that she was given the clothes and purses by an elderly Woman and she took the stuff the lady gave her and walked off property and she came back after at least 25 min because she started to have a major panic attack because i wasn't near. So everyone is clear she stays at a location that she knows I can find her when she wanders and gets overwhelmed or panics.. well she got yelled at by management and she told them repeatedly that was hers and to watch the cameras and the male recorded her and chased her all the way to the laundry mat and she was inside the laundry mat still crying and he was harassing her and still recording her... She did return home safely and was crying and freaking out whenever she got home so I calmed her down... Well the next day ( 8/8/24 )I get payed and we were going to get some things and she usually has a budget so she was walking back to find me and half way to me I hear her yell "LET ME GO!!" I came a running to her to make sure she was safe and she was like this was the guy who did the bad things and he was starting to harass me and I told him he can't judge her or discriminate against disabled people including her... Well she wanted to get the items she had picked out and they told me to wait outside store for her.. one of the managers helped her and she was very uncomfortable with them doing this including touching her stuff... Like after all this happen we get told " WE CANT NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE!!" We are looking into lawyers for this issue.. DON'T EVER GO TO THAT STORE AND ALSO I AM STARTING BOYCOTT, POSITION AND ALSO PROTEST... ANY ONE WHAT MORE INFO... 6513986876 CALL OR TEXT TEXT ERERFED
