Munkabeans is a fun coffee shop with retro tables and chairs. My family all love the Ham and Swiss croissant! Coffee is delicious and the to-go cups that are easy to grip. Staff is warm and they were helpful when I made a mistake. We wish you continues success!

I tried the drink of the month for October, the French Toast Latte! I got it with almond milk, it was swirled with maple spice, vanilla, and with cinnamon sprinkled on top, it was delicious! They have outdoor space for sitting on Main Street and cozy indoor space. The service was quick and attentive. Don't forget to get a punch card!

Pros:Fun, local hipster coffee shopLoved the local art you can purchasePastries and other sandwiches availableCons:Small spaceParking can be a challengeDidn't like the compostable cups - the black stuff got all over my hands; appreciate the spirit of the effort though!Pro tip:Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area to support local! Stopped by Munkabeans on a Sunday morning and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Casual seating and quick service - it took 20 mins from ordering to finishing my meal. The cinnabon latte was really good and I enjoyed the breakfast burrito.

Cute, quirky, unassuming coffee shop with food available and local art for sale. It's small and cozy, friendly service, and a good spot to work or chat. Coffee was good. Foodwise, I only tried the Cubano and it was okay- not stellar but nice to have food options available so I'm not just running on caffeine.

I love this place for coffee! Good value for an amazing quality espresso taste. I'm not usually one for a frappe, but for some reason I love them here! I think it's because you can actually taste the fresh espresso even in a blended drink. The baked goods are kind of underwhelming...most items look like Costco bakery to me. I've heard good things about their breakfast sandwiches though! My one disclaimer is not to come here when you're in a rush for coffee. In my experience, it's not quick service like Starbucks or Caribou would be. Which is fine, just prepare for it so you're not frustrated. On a weekday it could take up to 10 minutes for them to make my coffee. Overall: a good place with many seating options. It would be fun please to hang out and study at or get work done. Another cool mention - they sell local artwork! They occasionally (maybe monthly?) switch out the art on their walls with another local artist. All artwork is available for purchase.

Ducked into Munkabeans for a bit while waiting for the shops on Main Street to open. I loved the art (for sale) covering the walls when you walk in! I ordered a matcha latte and a spinach and artichoke quiche. The quiche was SO DANG GOOD! They offered 6 different hot sauces with it as well, which was great for this spicy-lover. The latte was also tasty and not overly sweet, even with the vanilla syrup I added. It was refreshing after getting overly sweetened drinks at chain coffee shops. They have a great drink menu and variety of food (pastries/muffins and sandwiches). It also looks like they have a parking lot, which I didn't see when initially driving past.As with most cute independent owned coffee shops, it is a bit pricey but the cost is worth the taste! My only suggestion is to add more comfy seating. Aside from one set of couches, there wasn't very much soft seating.

This is a super cute shop located on Main Street Hopkins. We stopped in on a Sunday mid morning and they weren't super busy but you could tell it's a local stop. They have a decent amount seating and you will need to find street parking. The staff was friendly and I love how they have cute merch items to purchase. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was super buttery and perfectly flakey but stayed together. Overall a standard breakfast sandwich otherwise. I also had a honey spice latte with honey and caramel. I didn't taste a ton of caramel but the honey was noticeable. It was not overly sweet and I enjoyed it. They have both fresh made sandwiches or a pretty solid selection of pastries! If you are out and about in Hopkins I would suggest making a stop!
