Muddled Thyme

Very cute place! The burrata was very good - a little too much garlic. Spicy pepperoni pizza was fantastic. Muddled raspberry N.A. mojito was great.

I love this place. The drinks and the food are both delicious. The waitstaff and bartenders are attentive. The owner is almost always there checking with customers and making sure every thing is perfect. What more could you want in a business!?

Food was excellent! Had the arugula salad, burrata cheese appetizer, and mushroom pizza with added pepperoni.Service was good - we sat at bar. Drinks are stellar but expensive.Things that could be better to make it 5 stars:1) You can see directly into the kitchen and the cooks were college kids wearing sweatpants.2) Staff should all be wearing an apron like the bartender so they are easily recognized.

All things considered, a solid 4. Loved the ambiance, parking is a bit slim because it's downtown. Service was okay, bartender walked past me 3 times before he realized my beer was empty. The beer was cold, pizza was really good but not over the top. Expensive for what you get.

I am so happy for Muddled Thyme to bring another stellar drinking and dining location to Winona! I was here for 2-3 hours on a Friday night and there was never a lull in business, and yet service was still present and friendly. The main level is busier with tables, booths, and bar seating. Upstairs is quieter with only a few tables. Decor is beautiful with a mix of current styles (subway tiles, neon signs, air plants, etc) mixed with some Victorian touches in the bathrooms. We had a few pizzas: Sausage and Herbs, Spicy Pepperoni, and Fig and Bleu. Every one was amazing. Rave reviews around the table. This was echoed on the appetizers too of the Brussels Sprouts and Burrata. I have zero negatives to say about Muddled Thyme. I have so much hope that this business will thrive as it's owned by the woman who successfully owns Blooming Grounds. Can't wait to visit again!

We ordered pizzas and Brussels sprouts to go. They were delicious. Looked like a cute place to have some drinks and dinner.

food was good however pizza's are very small for the price, same goes for the appetizers. We were pretty surprised when we tried to order coffee with our dessert that they don't serve coffee or tea. Our wait person seemed in a hurry to have us order, eat and leave, even though it did not appear to be a very busy nite and there were no people waiting. In summary there are better wood fire pizza places in this area

This is hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Their complete menu is full of other delicious items. The Service is exceptional as is the Atmosphere!Everyone I know that has been here has loved it and make it their "go to place"

Great food, service and lovely ambiance. The muddled Thyme is a foodie spot in Winona. We had the arugula salad, and the special pizza which was local sausage and "ramps" (these were like a green onion). Mikayla was a wonderful server - she split the salad for us as I wanted Parmesan cheese instead- good size salad I must say. The pizza crust is delicious, and the pizza was good tasting however, I think a little red sauce or more white sauce would have been nicer. It was a little dry. We will definitely come back to try the other pizza flavors and fare.

The best meal in Winona! The three mushroom pizza is amazing. The staff treated us wondwonderfully and efficiently. Very reasonable prices. A MUST if you are in Winona! (nice bathroom as well!)
