Very unimpressed. They closed their champlin location abruptly and we were told by a note on the door to pick up clothes in another location which had much more limited hours. When I went to the other location during the lunch hour - the location was locked - with a note saying they would be back by 1 - I waited until after 1 and nothing. Finally went back today to pick up clothes and was offered no recourse or explanation. I encourage you to explore better dry cleaning options - as they clearly view dry cleaning as a commodity and place little importance on customer service.

Terrible customer support and no integrity. I went against my husband and decided to take my jacket all the way to Champlin for cleaning. I told him that I believed they did quality work and were an honorable company. When I picked up my jacket, I was surprised to find that it was ruined. It was to be dry cleaned only, but was washed incorrectly and all of the stuffing clumpy. The jacket was a gift and now is ruined. MTM didn't ask what they could do to make it right or refund the money, the just went on to tell me there was nothing they could do because I took the tags off - of course I did, I wanted to wear it. There was no way to tell there was a problem until I put it on and felt the coat.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS IN ANOKA! I washed my jacket and a foundation stain didn't come out. I paid about $15 to have a jacket dry cleaned. First of all they advertised winter jackets as $8.99. But because my was down feathers, it was more $. Bullshit. I specifically pointed out my foundation stain I wanted out. Then I pick up my stuff after I had prepaid (which was cheaper) & my foundation stain was not out. I told her I was upset that it did not come out & she said they were unable to remove the stain without making a hole in my jacket. She also said it must have been waterproof foundation - no, it wasn't. I had my mom take a look at it. She took a shout stick to it & it came out instantly. I went back in & requested my money back as they lied. They can't get the stain out without making a hole? When my mom got it out in 2 seconds. She said she refused to give me my money back because it's already gone through the system. Terrible customer service.

I had been a good customer to MTM for several years & on a first name basis w Tanya.....until this November. As many times before, I brought in one of my dress coats to be cleaned (mostly refreshed) for the season. This $170 Calvin Klein coat was new last year and only worn one season. I prepaid for the cleaning to get their discount. Upon pickup a few days later, no one mentioned any issues. I brought it home & hung it in my closet. A couple days later, I took it out to wear & noticed a huge white spot on the lower back & underneath one arm. I was upset & confused as I had just had it cleaned! I brought it in to speak w Tanya to resolve the issue. She said that it had had mold on it when it came in. She continued to say that she tried to call me but I didn't answer so she tried to treat it. She didn't even leave me a message. She swore they didn't use bleach or any other chemicals. I was appalled! The coat was stored in my office off season & couldn't have been exposed to moisture nor mold. She admitted that she shouldn't have treated it before talking w me but I didn't answer my phone. Seriously?! She never even offered any compensation nor apology. Just kept saying it had had mold. I am appalled at this awful customer service & now have to replace my 1 year old coat They lost a good customer; I will NOT be returning to MTM!

I tried to get two suit coats cleaned and pressed. Sadly, I cannot comment on their services because I never got that far. Hours online say 7AM-7PM. Drove to shop at 10AM, doors were locked. Hours on door said 9AM open, not the 7AM it says online. Either way this was 10AM and nobody around. Called and got message phone disconnected. Went back hour later still locked doors. Went to another dry cleaner on Main Street.

So unfortunate as I've used this cleaner since they opened and have been satisfied. This visit however is a different story. I brought several items in for cleaning including a pair of women's slacks. The tag in the slacks clearly stated iron inside out. The fabric has been totally altered as a result of the woman that pressed the garment not reading the instructions on the tag. She declined any responsibility for the damage and said it was not the responsibility of mtm cleaners to read care instruction tags. In addition to the damage she basically called me a liar when I told her this was what I considered a brand new, worn twice, pair of approximately $90.00 slacks. She insisted they were not new and that someone else had damaged them. She is incorrect. Beware of this business.

I brought in a coat to have a zipper replaced. This was the first (and last) time I used their services. The gal at the front counter put a note to the tailor to put in a specific kind of zipper. When I got the coat back, it had the wrong zipper. At that point, their customer service took a large nosedive. After expressing my frustration to the clerk, she started getting defensive. I decided to deal with the problem later, although it was not resolved. The clerk said she would call me about what to do--nobody called as of three weeks later.I decided to speak with the owner, Max, three weeks later, to ask him to fix the problem and put the correct zipper in. Instead of being apologetic and helpful, like someone with good customer service skills would be, he refused to do anything unless I paid him again, which would apparently "suddenly" allow him to have the correct zipper. He even made up a conversation with me that we had never actually had, which was just made the situation worse. He probably had the conversation with someone in the back and forgot that it wasn't with me.Anyway, while he seemed like a "can do" man at the beginning (he saved me from walking out by stepping up the ready date at the last minute) he was a jerk with very poor customer service skills at the end of it all, and I would not recommend this tailor to anyone, sadly. I hope the owner (and employees) realize someday (soon) that customer service ultimately makes or breaks a business.

My daughter has a beautiful wedding dress with jewels and a train. At the reception she got chocolate on the front of the dress and her hem was covered in dirt. I took her spoiled dress to MTM Cleaners in Anoka and was greeted very professionally. I was reassured the dress would be handled with care. I was called when the dress was cleaned and ready for me to pick it up. I am so impressed with the Quality of service and professionalism that I received. They are very reasonably priced and Pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend MTM Cleaners for any cleaning needs.

Horrible experience!!! They lost my dress. Tried to give me someone else's dress. Refused to offer any kind of restitution, didn't even repay $14.95 cleaning charge. Basically, Tatiana said I was out of luck. I mentioned the back of the ticket regarding lost items and she said I would have to have a receipt for the dress. Then I showed her a picture of the dress and she said she never saw or cleaned it. It's no wonder that their sister store in Champlin closed. Word of mouth is very powerful and I have no problem spreading the word!
