Service is horrendous, food is ok, Ambiance is cheesy. Just go down to la costa down robert street its literally night and day in the difference.

Absolutely love the food here. Our favorites are the Barbacoa Tacos and the Chicken Enchiladas. And their Jalapeños Salsa is soooo good that I almost want to drink it!

I went to Morelos about a year ago when they were having a grand re-opening (I think). They didn't have their liquor license yet so the place was dead, but the food was outstanding! I got enchiladas and I could hear them making the enchilada sauce from scratch. Great presentation and delicious.The other day I ordered steak fajitas and they were tasty! The meat was actually flavorful and crispy, unlike most restaurant fajitas that come out bland and rubbery. I ordered these to be delivered so the toppings were kind of a mess when they arrived but I expected that.Support this small business, especially now!

Not authentic Mexican food. Who puts mixed vegetables in their rice? Not any Mexican I know. It's absolutely absurd to sit there and have to dig out veggies from a chimichanga instead of eat it normally. Also, sopes are a fluffy spongey type of tortilla not just corn tortillas. Definitely needs to make some progress in this place.

Great authentic flavors and even greater portions. We decided to try Morelos as a new local spot for Mexican deliver. I gotta say, I did not disappoint. We ordered the Carnitas y Barbacoa and the Burrito Fajita for dinner. Across the board, the meats were fall apart tender and well seasoned. They're going to be prime leftovers for breakfast tacos. The only fault is that more fat could have been trimmed from the carnitas before leaving the restaurant. Overall, we definitely recommend this as a delivery spot for your next craving.

Salsa Verde is so good you can drink it by itself. By the gallon. Roasted salsa is also very good. I had the enchiladas suizas and my lunch mate had the Zapata salad. Lettuce was fresh. Very large portion. Enchiladas we're creamy and delicious. Only complaint was the enchiladas could have been warmer.Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Had a groupon and decided to try a new place tonight. What I will say is great is the friendly servers. They were wonderful. The Morelo's sampler was definitely lacking unfortunately. It was some cheese which wasn't even covering the chips then a small spot of beans then lettuce and tomatoes on top. It wasn't appealing or appealing or appetizing. The one flauta wasn't great and was even limp and bent on the middle. It also didn't have a meat filling which is different than other restaurants. The buffalo wings were ok. I would recommend skipping this and saving your $. I had the Barbacoa and carnitas platter. The meat was pretty good. The lettuce was fresh and the beans were good. The rice I could do without, it was pretty bland. The tacos and tamale were good. Would do 2.5 stars for the food if I could.

The chips and salsa were very good. We ordered Queso and it came out cold. There were three of us, two of the orders came out and my food took an extra 25 minutes to come out. The rest of my table was done eating by the time my food came out.

This tiny restaurant is amazing! The Mexican dishes are the best we've ever had, and the portions are so generous. The waiter was so welcoming and attentive. If a waiter or waitress doesn't smile, immediately I am not happy. This waiter couldn't have been nicer and greeted us with a smile and happily took care of us. They had a BOGO Margarita deal that my husband and sister got and they both said they were absolutely delicious! Only suggestion is if they would add a small lettuce salad/garnish to the plate, it would be perfect. Won't be going anywhere else for Mexican food!
