We got the cinnamon roll (MUST get it warmed up, so gooey and yummy), the chocolate + orange cupcake (not for me but bold flavors and just a little crumbly!) and four donuts: the glaze (6/10), zebra (7.5/10), Oreo (4/10 - good consistency just WAY too sweet for me), and the cinnamon sugar (9/10). Last, we had the cinnamon swirl bread - SO GOOD!completely celiac safe facility and their flours are mostly rice based, none of the products I got had oats or oat flours.

I love stopping by here when I come to town! The gluten free cupcakes are delicious! The cookies are also great!

to my gluten free friends (and gluten tolerant friends, too!), CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!! Absolutely everything in the bakery is gluten free. There are SO many options we had such a fun time picking things out to try! We have loved every single item. There are so many choices from eclairs, pies, cupcakes, cookie dough bars, and even some dairy free items as well! Please check this place out as you will not be disappointed.

We were able to stop by the bakery on our way to a band gig on a Thursday. Snagged some fabulous cinnamon bread, caramel rolls, and cherry pies. Had these special treats at the casino where the band was playing. All items were flavorful, fresh, and really made the weekend for us.

I contacted the bakery on short notice for a cake for my daughters baptism, I had a picture from Pinterest and sent them a message via Facebook with my fingers crossed. They were quick to respond, ask specifics and quote me a price. From there all I had to do was call the bakery to pay and pick up my cake. The day of the baptism there wasn't a crumb of cake left, it was delicious. Such a great experience and would absolutely recommend

Wow!!! This is my first visit to Mixin' It Up! The honey bread I got was the best gluten free bread I have ever tasted in my 25+ years of being GF!!! It reminds me of my Mom's homemade bread she use to make! Amazing!!! I will be back again soon!!!! Thank you for such great products!!!Jeannie Hajek

Mixin' It Up is a gluten-free bakery located in Sauk Rapids. Their products are all locally made and are quite tasty. I am not on a gluten-free diet, but wanted to try some of their products. I'm glad I did. You can find cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet items here. If you or someone you love is gluten-free, this is a great place to find baked goods that they can consume.

A great little bakery with all sorts of sweets. Would definitely recommend. Good service with a smile, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere.

You can put in a special order for keto friendly treats. The almond flour bread was very nice.

So excited to have a fully gluten free dedicated bakery local! I'm celiac but my husband isn't. Picked up half a dozen cupcakes, a French silk pie, and two chocolate eclairs. My husband LOVED the eclairs and the cupcakes are to die for. Def check this place out! Don't forget to check in
