This is located in the imagine movie theater when you entered take a right. The space is really cute. They have awesome music and very helpful guides working. Each bay gets an axe master who is there the entire time for safety and instruction he will also keep score. We did not have any food, but it looked good. Overall, it was a bit expensive since we were there 2 hours however given the hands on guidance it was worth it.

Dustin was an amazing teacher and we had a blast. Great experience and a great teacher. I do NOT recommend buying food or drinks from the bar. $20 for a tall beer. Nuts.

We had a corporate event here of about 30 people. We had an assortment of pizzas and wings along with the open bar. The staff there ran an ax throwing tournament for all of us. They were super knowledgeable and really helped everyone with how to throw an ax. Everyone had an amazing time. I would definitely go back here and if you live in the area you have to give this a try. I think I'm hooked and a lot of it has to do with the staff. Again they really went above and beyond in my opinion to make ya feel comfortable in this activity and showing us how to do it. Thanks again MN Ax!

No refunds! In the age of COVID, there's a chance someone in your party will test positive and plans will change. They have a 72 hour cancellation policy. And I'm fine with that! I cancelled at like 77 hours via phone and email. Also emailed several times after and no response. I'm out my deposit, which isn't much...just be aware you probably won't see money that again.

Was told when I called the day before to make a reservation that they only do reservations for parties of 4, not 2. They said that if we get here at 2pm when they open that we should have no problem getting a walk-in time. So we drive the hour to get here at 2pm to just be turned away saying that they aren't taking walk-ins.

Just there tonight and Chris did an awesome job turning us all into Paul Bunyan. Cool facility for adults to drop the kids off for a movie and sit back with a beer and relieve a little stress.

MUCH BETTER OPTIONS for Axe throwing. This place is kind of a waste of time and money. The main issue is that their format robs you of casual, relaxed fun. They force you to have some kid babysit you the entire time, constantly interjecting his lame sexual innuendo jokes they must have in a training book somewhere because they were pretty weak and predictable. Also, with this babysitter, it completely slows down the pace of play. I think we maybe only got a few rounds of actual throwing in because this kid staff member made us do these official scoring games. We didn't come here to join the professional axe league, we just want to throw and hang out with our friends. Additionally, because we were a walk-in, they forced us to play with another group... again, slowing down the pace of play, forcing us to compete in the scoring with the other group. I'm sure they were lovely people, but that's not what we were looking for. Then when one person from the other group cut their hand on the blade we had to sit around and wait for 20 minutes until they figured out how to deal with this... The entire time there were 7 other completely open and usable lanes we could've used. There was no reason we needed to be paired up. For the price of the lanes and the overall experience... it was a waste. I could see having the chaperone / part-time-comedian emcee could be fun on a corporate team-building activity, but for a couple of friends just wanting a relaxed evening... this was a bust. My advice, get over yourselves, let people have the kind of experience they want. And save the 1990s comedy and jokes for the Mall of America. We'll be choosing other axe throwing options going forward.

Had so much fun there with my family!! Everyone was nice and it was easy to just walk in, though I do recommend doing one hour instead of 30 min since you do have to go over rules and now to throw the axe and that way you won't feel rushed. But I would 100% go back
