For gymnastics this is the place. It is great for all kids. My boys have blossomed into good active boys. They help kids manage their energy. The teachers are patient and kind. Highly recommended.

Oh boy how do I start, Zoey from Mini- Hops was great. My kid came home and said he had an absolute blast in her class, and he begged me to go back. Haven't seen this kind of enthusiasm from him lately to do anything, and I find it great that Zoey was able to make her class this wonderful! Thank you Zoey!!!

My daughter and I were visiting from Colorado and needed a gym to train at. The staff and coaches at Mini-Hops in Plymouth, MN (specifically Gabby and David) were professional, encouraging, and challenged my daughter in a positive way. Everyone was very welcoming. AWESOME GYM.

Our family loves Mini-Hops. My daughter has tons of fun and learns so much. The coaches and staff are helpful and friendly so they create a positive environment for everyone. The facility is clean and there is so much for them to do. If your child is unsure, they offer a free trial class or you can do open gym to check it out. We love it and would recommend it to everyone!

Mini Hops offers a wide variety of gymnastics lessons for kids of all ages. My 4 yr old daughter enjoys coming here every week. The coaches are encouraging and work well with children. There are lots of different days and times to pick from. The facility is well-maintained. I've recommended it to friends.

My daughter attended Dance here. Other groups and children had multiple dances . For their rehearsal my daughters group had ONE dance that lasted not even a minute. She also was supposed to be having a solo. When getting there she wasn't told anything and another duet took her solo. When asked about her solo the instructor replyed with "we will record it on Friday" Her whole family came out to see it and wasn't even sure why they showed up. One number and have been rehearsing since Fall. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will be taking my child elsewhere because favoritism is definitely a problem and its shown.

Our family has been at Mini-Hops for about two years. My two young daughters have flourished under the guidance of so many coaches. We have never had a bad one! I love the way everyone is treated like they are important, no matter what your ability level is. I love how the coaches take time to check in with me to talk about what my child worked on in class. Most of all, I love how PROUD my daughters are of how well they are doing and how much they have improved. At Mini-Hops they focus on YOUR growth and accomplishments, not comparing you to anyone else but yourself. It's such a refreshing place for my daughters to learn confidence and good body image and the importance of hard work. We will make Mini-Hops a priority in our extra-curricular activities!

Absolutely terrible. Coaching is sub par. Billing was always incorrect. We were charged for things that we did not authorize. Our daughter was on the xcel team, the last meet they had, the coaches snuck our early and the team was at the award ceremony with no coaches. It was rather embarrassing. But of course we still get charged a coaching fee for that day. Just a joke. Makes me sad for my daughter as she had been there for years and has made great friends, but we just couldn't continue. We brought the issues up with the xcel coach multiple times and nothing was ever resolved.

While my daughter really enjoyed her time at Mini-Hops, we were exceptionally frustrated by the lack of responsiveness of certain staff members. For two years, we were encouraged by coaches to get our daughter on "pre-team," which is a group for highly motivated and skilled younger gymnasts. Yet every time we reached out to the coach in charge of this team, we received zero response--after two years of phone calls and e-mails (she never picked up her phone). One time she even told staff that she'd called me and I hadn't returned her call, which was untrue. My daughter is desperate for more challenge--the nature of the classes mean that based on her age, she is in the same class again and again and again, learning the exact same skills over and over again. While the majority of the coaches are warm and fun (save for one, who was so harsh that several kids, including mine, either dropped out or switched classes), and the new facility is amazing, we, reluctantly, we have chosen to join another gym that is more responsive and, frankly, more professional.
