I've been here years ago for a family birthday party but bringing my toddler here for the first time was such a treat. While I was checking in, she kept saying "mama go this way, there's swing sets there ! Wow!" Her amazement was priceless but even better was seeing her confidence grow while using some of the larger swing sets. Check in was quick and easy - just sign a waiver and pay the daily drop-in fee - $8. I think there's a punch card you can purchase so that the visits will be cheaper in the end. My daughter had so much fun this time that I think I'll have to purchase one for next time. There's a ton of different options here for open play - a basketball court with a smaller hoop that toddlers can reach, ping pong table, a room full of various sized swingsets, and 2 large trampolines. We were here for 2 hours and my daughter didn't want to leave ! She had so much fun and it was fun watching her. It's perfect for the winter months when you want an indoor play option and your child is feeling cooped up. They have a party room that can be used if the store is rented out. There is also a small lobby area and that's the only area where food and drink is allowed. Definitely bring snacks to eat there because your kids will get hungry! Plenty of bathrooms too - I think I counted 3 - so it's easy to wash those germs off. We will definitely be coming back.

A really nice facility for children 4-7 years old. Very large and clean. Would be a fun place for an indoor birthday party. There's a huge open room with playsets and trampolines. They have basketball, a small rock climbing wall and ping pong. I like that they have about 5 basketball hoops of varying heights. There is seating along the side for parents. You must wear socks. There are a couple of large rooms for parties. Great option for young kids in the winter. You can pay $6 and let them play as long as they'd like.

I work with individuals who have disabilities. I am extremely disappointed in Millz House due to their inconsideration of the individuals I serve. Today, we went there as a group. There was 8 individuals and 4 staff who went here for our morning activity. The staff there asked us to leave after being there for 10 minutes because there is an "age limit", which we never saw online, of 10 and under. Mind you, we have been here about 10 times and 8/10 times everything was fine. We didn't have any issues. Our group is aged from 18-30. They all are on the spectrum of autism. A staff member approached me this morning and ,in lamest terms, asked us to leave because it was "too busy" due to their charity play they have going on currently. We paid the full price and were still asked to leave. The complaints we got were that some of our individuals were "swinging too high and the younger children could get hurt". This was understood until I saw young children swinging just as high as our individuals. They kept telling us that they "want to be nice neighbors" but they were actually just incredibly rude to us and kept pushing us to leave. This is the second time it's happened. If I had a child, 10 years or younger, and they had disabilities, would I get kicked out? Probably. They are discriminating against our individuals and it's not fair. They also referred to them as "adult children". I have never experienced something so rude in my life. I can guarantee you that we, as a group, will NEVER be coming back. Also, myself and my 1 year old son will never go there due to the attitudes of your staff. I hope you guys are happy with your staff.

They did an awesome job installing our sport court and basketball hoop. They even painted the lines on the new floor which was awesome. Now we just need to find a nice basketball.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. My husband & I purchased an XL Vuly trampoline from Millz house for nearly 2K. We asked them how to store it in the MN winter- they said outside, covered with a tarp, with the safety sides down. Which is EXACTLY what we did. Spring came and the trampoline was completely destroyed by the weight of the snow in Minnesota. So our 2K trampoline is now garbage and Millz house won't do anything about it. Millz house employees specifically told us that storing the tramp covered outside would NOT be a problem. We followed their instructions to a T. They will not stand by their product or their own instructions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.
