Food was fresh and service was excellent. Pho was very tasty, curry fried rice was also spot on. Definitely going back! It was very clean and open dining area was nice.

Magnificent, I was at the beach with my family. We wanted a healthy alternative to Burgers and went for Thai food.

What a spot. Being so close to the twin cities, you wouldn't expect Hudson to have the best Thai around, but I honestly prefer this spot over any others I've tried in the cities. Their curry fried rice is to die for and the pad thai is super saucy and flavorful which is just the way I like it. The cream cheese wontons are mediocre, but the spring rolls are top notch. The tom kha soup is also mediocre compared to others I've tried, but overall, this is my favorite Thai spot that I've tried in quite a while. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I only wish they had alcohol on the menu!

I was impressed with the quality and the food. I love good Thai and this restaurant certainly fits at category. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. I may go back tomorrow while I'm still in town

I ordered:1 x 3. Pork Egg Rolls APPETIZERS$6.50 - wouldn't order these again. They weren't wrapped with the standard rice paper wrap. It was something different. 1 x 14. Tom Kha Soup SOUPS Make It With: Chicken Extra Rice: Add White Rice ($2.00)$14.95 - this was more savory a little too savory than I'm used to. I wouldn't order this again either1 x 48. Mango Sweet Sticky Rice DESSERT$6.99 - this was good! It's always a great dessert.

By far the best Asian restaurant in Hudson - 5 stars!Miko Thai Kitchen is the newest Asian restaurant in Hudson. It opened about a year ago. I've been to every one of them and Miko is definitely the best. (BTW, Sapporo is a close second place.)Every bite of food was wonderful. I particularly love, love, love the Tom Kha Soup with coconut milk, lemongrass, tomato, and fresh lime juice. And I really enjoyed the Peanut Curry with peanut curry sauce and a moderate amount of spicy peppers. It struck the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. Wow - what a treat!Even the tea was great. It's a premium tea, dark orange and slightly sweet. You can tell the difference when you look at it, before you even take your first sip. This is definitely NOT the usual cheap "tea" out of a little paper bag.The service was excellent. The people were friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The prices are reasonable.I was thrilled to discover that the restaurant is family owned & operated. And they're all actual genuine wonderful Thai people (and one from Burma). I've discovered it's common to go to a Japanese restaurant with no Japanese people or a Thai place with no Thai people. Not at Miko. Don't you think that people from the country of origin are the best and making food from their own culture? I think so.This team definitely knows what they're doing. Visiting St. Paul for work this week. Stopped by this place for Dinner after a long drive from Chicago. Was super tired and all I wanted was some decent food to fill myself so I can sleep peacefully. Didn't order much food. Just tried the Massasum Curry which was served with Rice. Amazing taste, large portion - good enough for one person. I requested for WiFi password since I had to work on few emails but the staff declined politely. The staff was friendly and the service was very fast. Good ambience. Beautiful decor inside.Plenty of parking in the area.

My favorite restaurant. Always fast service, amazing food, and nice people. I have gotten the Kao Soi Noodles almost every time because it's SO good, but have also gotten the Chicken Pho- also amazing. You get a lot of food! Great place to bring family, they'll love everything they get.

Great food but they are missing peanut sauce with their spring rolls. The spring rolls are world class but they are left standing on third base wondering if they'll ever make it home. Add peanut sauce Milo and we'll forget that you have no beer or wine liscence.

We went here specifically for spring rolls and they did not disappoint! Typical peanut sauce on the side. Large place with lots of seating, quick service and not too loud even over lunch on a Friday.
