Bought a 2020 Indian Challenger through Mies Outland. Dylan Winter was a fantastic young man to deal with. I was able to bounce questions about the motorcycle off of him and he was able to answer them and if he couldn't, he was able to get the information I needed. Great dude, great sales floor, and all of the available inventory was spotless (clean/shinning). Will be a repeat customer.

I live in Charlotte, NC and was looking for a used Slingshot at a good price. I was on the internet and found what I was looking for at Mies. The challenge was coordinating the logistics of me picking it up in Minnesota, when I live in North Carolina. The sales price of the Slingshot was worth me buying a one way ticket to the Minneapolis airport, and driving it back. I dealt exclusively with Alton, who was a joy to work with. I coordinated with Alton to have accessories installed before I picked it up. Alton's constant communication, including photos of the accessories installed, was fantastic. When it was time to fly out and get it, Alton arranged for one of the Mies Outland employees to pick me up. Ray was at curbside, waiting for me when I landed. Talk about customer service!!! Ray and I had a nice talk on our 70 mile drive to Mies Outland. When I arrived at the Mies Outland, I was surprised how big and cool the place was. It reminded me of Bass Pro Shop. Alton and I finished the paperwork and then he took me to meet the service department folks who walked me through the workings of my Slingshot. Justin and Noah couldn't have been nicer and extremely knowledgeable. After the introduction to my slingshot, it was time to leave. I drove 1,409 miles and the Slingshot ran great. My friends and neighbors thought I was crazy to travel that distant, but I wouldn't change a thing. It was truly a great experience and I highly recommend Mies Outland.

I've been in there 3 times - the first two I had money in hand to buy a new VictoryCross bike, the 3rd time I was looking for parts. I went there right after work (in dress pants and heels) and not one of the 4 sales people I saw and/or had walked past me asked if I needed help or what I was looking for. I even sat on one of the bikes thinking I would get assistance then, and still no one came to see what I was looking for. I don't look like a 'typical' biker especially in dress clothes, but I had my jeans, boots, and jacket in the car ready to go for a test ride. I wanted to buy a bike that day, and I did, (a new Cross Country), just not from here.

I will never buy any product from this company ever. 15 yrs ago a preordered a snowmobile, from them, after calling several dealers via phone and getting a price. They were the lowest price....until it was time to pick up the snowmobile months later they tried to tell me the price was more. After arguing for some time they finally upheld the agreement. I'm in the market for a new snowmobile again. So I've called 5 dealers. Mies quoted me the lowest price again. I live 1.5 hrs from this dealers. Something told me to call and double check the price before I drove there to sign the paper work. This time, I was quoted a price that was $150 even lower. Told salesman I'd be there today to order. With in seconds of sitting down at the desk...the salesman says, looking at his notes, "I don't know where I got that price, I'm sorry". I said "I just drove 1.5hrs & I feel like this is a switch tactic, please call your manager". He says "he's not here today and that's our bottom line, nothing we can do." His bottom line was $500 more than he quoted me 2hrs earlier. I felt scammed and walked out. He made zero attempt to rectify the issue. I'm done even calling here.

I stopped by for an open house of sorts ( I live 1.5 hrs away and was out for a motorcycle ride).While there, I went to the service department to see how they operated and was very impressed. I met one of the technicians, and told him upfront that I bought my bike at a competitor but had questions. He was very receptive and extremely informative, so much so that I decided to have them change my oil (even though it was barely at 1/2 life and go through my bike (which was new this year) They found my belt (drive) was out of spec and re-adjusted it, give the bike a once over, took care of my oil and made me feel like they really wanted me as a customer.The Service Admin was equally friendly and helpful. She made me feel as welcome as the tech had.I jokingly told the technician AND the service admin that they just adopted me as a new customer - and I meant it!fast forward three months later, I had an inquiry, went to their website, submitted the inquiry and received a reply a few hours later - what makes this amazing - it was a SUNDAY and the service manager was answering business emails even though his shop was closedThis place Rocks!!

I have purchased two 4 wheelers from this dealer. A new 800 and a used 400 for my wife. We have always had our service work done there, (oil changes, service). The 400 was having trouble climbing hills so I took it in. They told me that the air cleaner was bad. OK. they fixed that but said the stator was bad and the total would be $900. I need this machine only for 1-2 more years so I told them to fix it. when I picked it up and took it home it wouldn't start. took it back to them they said the battery was bad when they said they tested the battery and found it good. OK. I put a new battery in. Time to use the 4 wheeler. No start! Plenty of battery but it would not turn over, just click. I'm done with this dealer. High prices for labor and still can't fix the problem. I am a business owner and don't like bad mouthing anyone, but, they were rude to me and I have spent more than this 4 wheeler is worth and it still won't start. thanks for nothing!

Some of the worst cutomer service I have ever experienced. We were in the the process of negotiating the price and financing of a motorcycle purchase. I was required to place a $250.00 deposit. After the deal fell through I requested a refund of my deposit. They refused and said the deposit was non-refundable. Very poor business practice and is being handled by the MN attorney general's office.

Brought in Ranger to get some items serviced and figured out. Replaced items without asking me if I wanted them replaced and when I returned to get Ranger the bill was way over quoted price. When we spoke to shop manager he was very rude and to prove his point about why we needed a new air filter he brought up old one and banged it on counter to prove his point and got dust all over me. Will never return to buy or get any service from this company.

Walked around show room looking at snowmobiles for 30 minutes on a Saturday and wasn't approached by a single employee/salesperson. The inventory looked decent but zero customer service or interest in selling me a snowmobile.

I didn't buy my bike from them, but they have been more than helpful with warranties and service. It's a long way to travel for me, but worth it.kinda like outdoor disneyland for adults :)
