Broken machines mean you have to go elsewhere and are STUCK with fake coins that you cant convert back to real money.
Front of building, great location
Lots of machines to choose from and tables and chairs to sit
All 3 machines i used got jammed up and would't let me get my clothes out. This is the nasty water in the machine !
BROKEN MACHINE THAT WOULD'NT LET ME GET MY CLOTHES OUT WITHOUT FINDING THE ELECTRICAL PANEL TO SHUT OFF THE POWER- ridiculous !!
At least 4 out of service
This is the HUGE PUDDLE from the water pouring out of the machine when i opened it.
Fake money i got stuck with because their machines don't work and they working find me my real money back to go elsewhere to do laundry !
Washing my comforter & some towels
10 dryers that can fit 4.5 laundry baskets for only $2.75
10 dryers that can fit 3 laundry baskets for only $1.50
7 feet tall dryers that can take 8 laundry baskets for $4.25
Check-in for free washes

I was travelling from the west coast to my home state and needed to do laundry. I looked on Yelp and saw that this place had damn near 5 stars. It looked clean and not too many people were in there at the time. I put my clothes in 3 machines. ( expensive ! ) i put $20 in the change machine to get quarters. Out of the machine rolled exactly 4 quarters ace the rest looked like play money that you get like at a Chuck E. Cheese's or something like that. On the coin was written the name of the laundromat. Ok whatever... i didn't care because i wasn't there for quarters. I just wanted to do laundry. So i put in the quarters first and then i put in the fake laundry coins after. The machine then had a flashing 25 on it which meant i needed to add another 25 cents to it. I was annoyed that i had an excess of the fake coins but STILL needed to put more money in to get one quarter. Or maybe I'd have to go across the street to the cafe to get a sister in case they're machine didn't find me enough quarters in the fake money mix. But I'm thinking: WHY do they give s mix of quarters AND fake coins ??? Well lucky for me i found s quarter in my jacket pocket. Let's move on... so after the laundry cycle is over u tried to open the machine and the cycle was clearly over but i couldn't get my clothes out... the machine was holding my clothes hostage ! I looked for a number to call all OVER the place and Bo number was conspicuously posted. Lucky for me I'm talking out loud saying I'm gonna go to my car to try to look for a tool to get the door open so I can get my clothes out. So some guy cones over and tells me that the way to get the machine opened is to find the electric panels and shut the power off in the laundromat and then wait 10 seconds for the door to open. I was just here to do laundry not to possibly get electrocuted by touching their electric panel. Finally after a couple of tries of this not working it finally works. A couple of gallons of dirty water come flying out the machine forming a HUGE PUDDLE on the floor. My clothes are DRIPPING WET so I start trying to wring them out by hand. Imagine wringing out King sized sheets and towels etc. I was too through with this crappy place. I find a number written in size 2 font size on a little sign they have. I call and the guy is totally UNHELPFUL. He's screaming at me telling me that he can see me wringing out my clothes on the floor. Like how dare you do that ? Ummm so where would you like me to wring out my king sized sheets ? In the tiny crusty looking sink ? I was so upset. I was forced to stick with this crappy place in order to use the fake money they gave me that would be useless anywhere else. I put the fake coins in and it seems the guy / laundry manager who was watching me on security the camera yet refusing to help me had shut the driers off because none of the driers would work with the fake money or quarters or nothing ! What a nightmare ! I ended up having to take my laundry to another place across town to re-wash and dry my laundry. A clean and nice place with real quarters and clean functioning machines ! Hallelujah ! P.S.1- I called 911 to find out where to file a complaint in this great city and the officer gave me a police report which i will surely take to court. Why waste my time ? Because in this age of inflation and soaring prices businesses need to truly treat customers fairly and with respect. I got stuck with fake money i could use nowhere else. ( Maybe I'll save some poor soul from the awful experience I had here at Coin Wave. I would be lying if i recommended anyone to waste their time coming here. The worst part is being stuck with the fake useless money in a time when everything is so darn expensive. Couldn't even get my money back ! )

Good amount of parking with overflow if needed. Plenty of machines, both wash and dry. I hadn't been to a laundromat in a few years but needed to wash my huge comforter which flooded my machine at home last time I tried. This was a great solution! I could fit my comforter and plenty more if I needed to. A wash was $8.75 and dry was $3 -- you must pay in coins. You can convert your bills or tap your card for coins on a machine they have in the wall. You can also buy soap and dryer sheets if needed (I brought my own to save some cash). When I put a $10 bill in, I got some quarters and some $1 coins only meant for the laundromat, so be sure that you're only changing your bills to the amount you need, otherwise you may be left with extra coins that you can only use there. Timing wise, wash was about 30 min and a dry was about 36 min. I sat in a metal chair and brought my computer to do some work -- there's a 3 prong wall socket to the right of the door, by some tables meant for folding and a picnic-type table. There are about 3 round picnic-type tables and also a few of the folding tables, which are nice. You can also find plenty of rolling baskets to help you move your laundry around. Btw- wifi pw is "megawave", it's listed on the desk next to the coin change machine. This location is great because there's a gas station right next to it, I went over and got some snacks and gum. If you came early, you could go get coffee and a donut to help your chores go by faster. I'll be back to wash my comforter again.

Clean and easy access. Customer swears nice over on. There's a lady that credit us as we come in. We told her we are new here it's too that's what to do how to do things she gave us a Machmouche Pita Highway the restroom and it was very clean. Parking easy. Couple of carts have issues with their tires but they are still functional. And there are few spots you can sit and wait. Washers and dryers are very efficient.

Large parking lot in front and easy to find. The reviews were right this place is very clean. There's someone on site keeping it clean and assists you if you have any questions. They have extra large machines, great for my comforter and dog bed. Be cautious if you don't have enough quarters when using the change machine it actually gives you tokens. It's fine if you plan on returning or remember to bring the tokens again. There's free wifi, several TVs, and lots of seating while you wait for your stuff. We set a timer and drove downtown Hopkins for food. We probably could've walked since it was a few blocks away. Worked out great and we know where to go when we need larger machines!

I washed and dried a king-sized comforter for $11.50. Of the five large machines, only two worked, but someone came in and fixed the coin jams within 30 minutes. One of the nonworking ones didn't have an "out of service" sign and ate my $.50 before I figured it out (didn't get it back). Of the two that did work, one would not allow a warm wash as the button was broken. Of the two new token machines, one worked and dispensed quarters. It was a bright and cheerful place with lots of regular sized machines available. The outside mechanism area of the large machines were coated with gunky laundry soap. One of the sets of connected chairs was broken. Two sets of nice tables and connected stools to work on. Very clean counter spaces. Nice clean carts. Well-stocked Snack machines available. Very nice, helpful people.

Great variety of sizes of both washers and dryers. Make sure you check the basket images on each machine to know how much you'll need. I used the second to largest which cost $8 and probably could have gone a size down. Also be sure to look at your tokens before using - I got two $1 coins

This laundromat was always so clean and organized. There were plenty of machines to go around so I never had to wait for one to open up. It was spacious as well, making it easy if you want to fold your laundry onsite. There was a soap center, where you can buy detergent, bleach, softener, etc, in just case you forgot to bring them. For entertainment, there were two flat screen tv's and wifi. The first time I visited this laundromat, I joined the rewards program and received $5 in the mail to be used towards my next visit. Make sure to join and check in every time you visit. They have a special on Wednesdays and Fridays on their smaller washers and dryers, only $1.50 on washing and $1.00 on drying all day.

This laundromat is probably the best laundromat in the world. I needed a large commercial washer and dryer for my bedding and this place ticked all of the boxes. As a bonus, there is an employee on site who can answer all of your laundromat-related questions! There are various sizes of washers that range in price from $1.50 to $11.75 per load. Pick your poison and then take a seat at one of the many chairs and cruise their super-fast wifi. Seriously, laundromats just do not get better than this one.

There is a reason that this place has all 5-star reviews. There are numerous machines of different sizes, easy to use coin machines with the option to purchase single-load detergent and dryer sheets, a clean bathroom, wifi, TV, and courteous staff! Always clean and with ample machines.
