This venue is good for watching live music and has a huge parking lot. The only think I can say that would bring this venue to a 5 star rating is if they put in a little extra into making it a little fancier. We paid extra for good seats and the tables could have used some tablecloths or something to hide the fact that they weren't in the best of shape. I think they could upgrade their furniture or hide it better. Live music is really the only reason I've been here and the sound system and lighting seem to always be very good. If you come here for live music, you'll enjoy yourself.

I was at the Medina Entertainment Center for a conference. The banquet hall/conference center was plenty big enough. The entire area was really clean and well kept. Seating was comfortable enough. My only complaint is that it was freezing cold. I happened to sit under a vent to top it off. When I go back for next year's conference I am bringing a jacket. If you are doing more than sitting it would probably be just fine.

I was so excited to see the gear daddies. There are many tables but I didn't realzie it was standing room. The dance floor was packed with people standing. The cover band played for two hours, so the gear daddies didn't start until 10:30pm.Maybe I am just too old, but I thought we would be able to see the band and dance on the dance floor. As much as I love the Martin Zeller, I am not sure if they were drinking or just forgot the words.I would love to hear from other gear daddies fan, but I was highly disappointed

Went for food and bowling with some friends. Our system froze a couple of times while we were playing. The staff was great and got it fixed for us quickly. Food wasn't the best. I ordered a salad and chips&salsa. My food bill came out to $30. In my opinion very overpriced for the low quality food. Would recommend eating before coming here to bowl.

I went to the Medina EC for the Thunder Down Under show. While there is a large parking lot, it is still hard to find a spot as this space is used for other business and the Medina EC also hosts a restaurant, bowling and events. You walk into the building and are greeted with wait staff for the restaurant. They gave us directions to the ballroom upstairs but even with the directions it was complicated to find as you still have to walk through the restaurant, through an arcade, through the bowling area and THEN up a flight of stairs to find. The space itself is alright but it feels way more like a bowling alley from the 90's than an event center. It all has a bit of a casino vibe: it looks like nothing has been updated since it was built. Again, this is fine but lends itself to a weird atmosphere for an event like this ( we even thought we were in the wrong place). The TDU show was set up in what looked like a roller rink. It killed a lot of the vibe I had going into the event. The drinks were very highly upcharged ($9.50 for a can of White Claw), but this is to be expected. The view, unless right in the front, isn't great and the sound quality was just okay. The table and chairs set up seemed old as well, and a little uncomfortable to be sitting in for a long time. The event itself was very fun and engaging. I would go again but I would definitely lower my expectations for the venue.

I'm going to say I have lived concerts here and the bowling is great, the restaurant is so good. However, I am beyond upset that I paid to see a hobbled little River band that relied on having their spinal tap amps cranked to 30. I have seen them there before, and thought it would be great to see them again, but I was horribly wrong. The opening band was awesome. Seriously a cover band that hit the hits. Then I was in line for a drink when the little River band finally hit the stage at 10:30. Holy moly the sound. Immediately it was so loud you could barely discern the song. My Apple Watch sent a Warner ( expected at concert) but it was 130 decibels. I don't need to go dead over this. So we left. I waited till third song and was shocked at how pathetic the sound guy was. Loud isn't music. My hearing was more important than the 80+ a ticket I paid for general admission. I shutter to think about how bad right in front of the speakers was. Before anyone gives me crap for being "soft" I've been to hundreds concerts - heavy metal, thirty person Billy idol Sirius XM at the troubadour. This was bullshit. If I was petty I'd ask for my money back. Instead I'll warn. If you like hearing stay way till they fix the issue. You won't enjoy the reconstituted bands you love like this.

We had our groom's dinner and wedding reception here and we cannot say better things about the staff, food and ambiance! Missy was our point of contact and she was so present and helpful throughout all of the planning and the day of! We were so grateful for her prompt responses via email and phone call and she was so attentive to our needs. While every wedding will be expensive, we really felt that we got the value that we were looking for. The food was consistently good and each plate we tried was delicious.

Went here Wed night for a family gathering/reception. There was probably 24-30 of us....with ONE server, Damien. He was TOP notch. He was attentive and on top of everything all night!! Never had to ask for anything, Damien was always there asking what you needed! The food?! I had the pork with mashed potatoes and green beans... DEEEELICIOUS!!! One of the best meals I've had...ever!! The whole evening was excellent. Medina isn't my side of town but based on the service & food this week would DEFINITELY consider Medina as the place to go if I host a gathering!

This is my first time here. You can't even get a water if you aren't drinking alcohol because you're the DD. They serve fountain beverages so they have access to water but instead they want you to pay $3.25 for a Costco bottle of water. I've never been to a location where you can't get water Without paying when you're the DD.

Was in the party room and they cut everyone off from the bar ordering shots and we couldn't even go to the main bar to grab shots.
