The staff gave great customer service when I found a product that was overpriced when looking up pricing. The three staff members that helped me were I believe Steve, Lauren, and Alan. They made me laugh and have a good experience which is hard to do. I really appreciated them taking the time to talk with me and joke around with me. And for the free smile face mask !

Great prices, I regret not coming here instead of goodwill or savers to get movies. I didn't know this place existed till I saw it mentioned in a review for pawn america recommending it. I love shopping for movies and this store had a great selection of a variety of titles. Movies are $1.99 each or 6 for $10

When this place first opened I got some great deals and everything was top notch. A few years went by and I noticed that the items were starting to look pretty banged up and even damaged. The place kept getting worse and worse but the deal breaker happened when I bought a record player and five dollar extended warranty. The records player didn't work at all. I went in the next day to complain. I was told that I couldn't return it (DESPITE HAVING BOUGHT THE WARRANTY) so I got store credit for $30 instead of $35 because the warranty was not refundable. After all that nonsense, the manager had the audacity to try and sell me the broken record player for ten dollars "as is" because he didn't want to mess with it. Places like this are really stinking up the neighborhood.

My husband and I purchased a sound system from this location. We also paid an additional fee to get what we were told was a "one year warranty." When we got home and plugged it in, the system did not work at all. We also discovered it was missing a speaker. We went back to the store within 24 hours and told them what had happened. They accused us of breaking it (what motivation would we have to do that?), and absolutely refused to give us a refund. They reluctantly agreed to give us store credit, but this is unacceptable since they sold us broken equipment. How can we trust the next thing we buy won't be broken? I essentially feel that we were robbed of a significant amount of money. I can understand not giving a refund if we just changed our minds, but the fact that they sold us broken equipment is theft. This is not a company you can trust.
