Jamie is one of the most professional and kindest business owners I have encountered in the music world. He pays attention to every detail. His knowledge with instruments and willingness to help a musician be successful does not go unnoticed. To musicians coming in the cities for a gig and may need assistance I highly recommend stopping in at Main Street. It's low key and you are given the attention you deserve.

One of the best music shops in the area. Have always helped me out with my projects, were flexible and timely, and went above and beyond when I was being difficult. Jamie is very responsive and has a can do attitude. I have been to other shops who have been pretty judgmental with some of the things I have wanted to do, but the guys at Jamie's shop are always great. Reasonably priced and very professional. At one point in time I was trying to take lessons here but they didn't have availability, but I feel like that is understandable and they were very nice about it. Ty again Jamie!

I've been going here since I was a kid, Jamie is amazing, and super down to earth. They have a great selection of rock gear as well as instruments for school band class. They have a great lesson program. The world needs more music stores like this.

lied about their pricing on a guitar restring and doubled the price when it was time to pick up the guitar. Also took over a week to get a response as to if the guitar was finished being restrung.

My kids used to take lessons here so thought I'd try some guitar lessons. Spoke to the owner Jaimie a few weeks prior and he said he had an instructor likely returning who took a break due to the pandemic. We discussed Wednesdays at 4 pm, first lesson on 7/13. He said if there was a problem he would let me know so I added the time/date to my calendar and, since I got no calls from the store indicating there would be an issue, showed up for the lesson and told the kid at the counter I had a 4 pm lesson. The kid looked confused, didn't know who my lesson was with. I told him Dillon, he said Dillon would be in at 4 pm. I waited 15 minutes until 4:05 and inquired again. Kid said he had no pH # for the instructor to see what was up ... Really???!! Kid calls the owner who apparently tells him he never committed to scheduling a guitar lesson at the time/date I came ... REALLY??!!!! No apology for the mix up, no attempt to make it right. Essentially, I decided to take my business to Rogers School of music ... Avoid Main Street Music if you are wanting good customer service
