I took my wedding set in to get sautered, I called ahead, got there, and it seemed like they had no idea they had just talked to me. They told me to come back and pick up in an hour, we gave a little more time than that, when we got there, the rings looked beautiful, it had been cleaned, and the charge was under $80 for the three rings. I was very happy. I waited awhile to see if they held up, they have just fine. Very happy.

I have been going to Look Jewelers for over six years. Tom Look continues to impress me with his knowledge, patience, and honesty. His demeanor is very calm, even though I know his workload is that of four people during the holidays. He never makes you feel rushed, or that you are inconveniencing him, even if you just need information and purchase nothing. Tom is so easy to work with. He makes time for everyone. His prices are amazing, as are his products and integrity. I have never known anyone to know more about gems, stones, and jewelry than Tom. I hit gold when I discovered this place!
