LoLo American Kitchen & Craft Bar Hudson

I think we found a new date spot!! The food, the ambiance, total package.We started off with the rosemary fries and fried Brussel sprouts, both were amazing with tons of flavor! If someone says they don't like brussel sprouts, bring them here! They will change their mind. We then split the hanger steak tacos and the Lolo burger.The hanger taco was probably the best taco I've ever had! The Lolo burger was just the right amount of heat and flavor to satisfy anyone's hunger!Parking is great and the staff is excellent, please check them out when in Hudson WI.Added bonus: close walk to the beach for Xmas lights or walking off the amazing food.

Jayden was an amazing server! I really wanted a rice cake that had been previously on the menu. Jayden was kind to ask the cooks if they could make a rice cake appetizer although it's no longer on the menu.I was served a delicious brunch rice cake. The rice cake was topped with a fried egg. I enjoyed every bite of this deliciously crafted and beautifully presented dish!The staff were all smiling and appearing welcoming and happy. Enjoyed a Moscow mule while the cooks were busy.Thanks gang for the wonderful experience!

The food was incredible. The kitchen executed the "Amish Chicken" that I ordered so well! The flavors were balanced and the chicken was juicy and I loved every bite. The ambiance left a little to be desired, as it is very loud. There was an interesting juxtaposition between the complexity and fanciness of the food and the casual atmosphere and wardrobe of the staff. Personally, I prefer it less noisy but I know there are many diners who enjoy the experience the openness provides. The biggest drawback was the speed, or lack of speed, of service. Stan, who appeared to be the FOH manager, saved the experience for me. If service had been more timely and attentive, I would definitely go back for the food. Maybe they were short staffed?

Server Jessica was funny and awesome! Lovely spot for a family connection. Food was very good. Many good choices. I had Carmel Jerk Chicken Wings and forgot to take a picture. Others had Mahi Tacos in lettuce wraps. We shared Brussels Sprouts. All satisfying and we will be back!

Lovely Saturday afternoon lunch at Lolo's with my mom in law. I'm never disappointed. First and foremost their mocktails are delicious! I got the Corey Hart which is very tropical tasting and feels like you're on a beach somewhere far far away and it comes with those 2 delicious dark cherries. I ordered the Ahi Poke Bowl...always the freshest fish and avocado and it's spicy....yum. Mother in law ordered the kung pao and she loved it too. This restaurant also has a location in downtown Stillwater but I have to say that I do love the Hudson location better because they have their own parking lot and I love the layout of the restaurant and the windows along the side. This place is a must stop if you are ever passing through Hudson, WI.There drinks are amazing, with an in house mixologist and their food is even better! I had the smaller size burger for $8.00 with their rosemary fries, melt in your mouth and the fries have a very delicious dipping sauce. I couldn't even finish my burger but glad the next day to feast on some more nummyness. My girlfriend had the pork belly taco's and she was drooling with goodness. And I believe my other girlfriend had the hanger steak taco's they each shared one from each others plate and neither could decide on a favorite. The atmosphere is very nice and our waitress was very attentive. Going back to Hudson next weekend and will try something else that I haven't had, and I know it will be great!!

I really enjoyed the service and ambiance here! We even were able to enjoy a cocktail at the speakeasy underneath which was fun. The portion sizes were a bit small but the food was delicious.

I had a business meeting here with a friend. She lives in the area and suggested this place. I was happy that there was plenty of parking. Also I noticed that there was street parking as well. Walked in since I was early, the sign stated I could seat myself. So I took the last booth and waited for my friend to arrive. Laura was my server, I ordered a vodka cranberry and looked at the menu. My friend arrived and she knew what she wanted. I ordered the Seafood Coconut Curry Bowl with chicken, and shrimp. My friend ordered the Hanger Steak Bowl. I liked how it wasn't very noisy inside, and I liked the ambiance, it wasn't too over the top like at other restaurants I've been to. I also liked the fact that the menu wasn't very busy, too many items on a menu and I would just pick something basic and never really enjoy myself or what the restaurant has to offer. Thanks Laura for making my first visit to lolo's a great one!!

Amazing food, usually decent wait. Staff are always very pleasant and give great recommendations.

Everything about my experience was just meh - from the food to the service. I ordered the burrata to start. There was plastic in my food (see pic). I mentioned it to the server and handed her the plastic, and she could not care any less about it. She didn't even apologize. I also ordered the Diner Burger well done. It came out rare/medium rare. We didn't see the server until the end of our meal so I didn't bother mentioning it to her. Ordered a side of ketchup and extra side of the basil mayo with my burger - it didn't come out with the meal so I had to ask the gal who dropped off the plate for the sides. For dessert, I ordered the brownie. I specifically asked if the brownie was served warm and our server said it is, so I was excited about that. I also asked for no pecans, and she said they can hold the pecans. The brownie was cold on the outside and literally frozen in the middle to the point where I couldn't even get my spoon through it. And, as you can guess, it came with pecans. I think the brownie could have been good if it wasn't frozen. Our server was also pretty unfriendly and inattentive. It was a pretty bad experience. The cocktail (One Night Stan's) was the only good thing about this restaurant. I was so bummed because I had high hopes. If you're interested in plastic in your food, mooing burgers, and frozen brownies, this is the place for you! If not, try Pier 500 or The Post instead.
