Libby's Outdoor Maintenance

Hired to do dog waste removal in our yard twice a week. They just stopped coming, never responded to text messages, emails or facebook messages. Also, said they came a few times before they stopped coming and I went with it, but went back and looked at our street camera and no one came on many of the days they said they had been out to the house. Very disappointing, as they seemed legit at first, very personable and friendly and they did come out initially within a few days, left a lovely goodie bag for my fur babies. I'm not sure what happened but pretty shady practices.Update: requested money back claimed they had been to the house despite my cameras saying otherwise. Claimed they charged me for a day that was not part of our agreement, my gate was locked, says they charge anyways. This company is a joke. Stay clear.

RUN the other way......this guy is the worst. I paid nearly $2000 to upgrade a large flower bed. He brought in some garbage mulch that has done nothing but produce thistles and weeds. We have other gardens and are experienced gardeners. This guy DOES NOT know what he is doing. Also, extremely rude when confronted. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!

This company was really a nice find. They do really good work, are very punctual and reliable. And pleasant to work with. All hard to find in scheduled lawn care. Highest possible recommendation.
