Great service, seating, and delish food! Found this place on Tiktok! :)I love the seating they offer. The booths are private and there's a call button if you need anything from the server. The servers are super sweet and attentive. They will constantly check up on you to see if everything is okay or to refill your water. The food was super yummy! They offer a variety of ramen and rice bowls if you aren't looking for noodles.I ordered the YinYang bowl which came with half miso ramen & half Tonkotsu. Def recommend if this is your first time coming here. The combo they offer is great too! If you add the combo, you'll get a pork bun and Thai tea. Both were really yummy. Will def come back to try the Omurice and Kamameshi which is really hard to find in MN!

The service was astounding and the staff were all so wonderful! There's these cute little hubs that you can dine in that provides more privacy, but my partner and friends sat in the main area with tables. I of course had to try the omurice! It was quite delicious and I loved the creamy texture. Although it was a bit heavy and the curry flavor was a bit too strong for my liking, the fried rice did balance the dish out. My partner got the katsuobushi ramen and the broth was spicy, flavorful and delicious! My partner didn't like how fatty the pork belly was, but I loved it! My amazing lemonade was refreshing with cucumber, but not mind blowing. The Thai tea was amazing! Not too sweet and I can actually taste the tea flavor, which my partner and I loved. I really enjoyed the matcha red bean pudding - nice creamy (like tofu creamy) and not too sweet. Overall I had a lovely experience here!

Vegan reviewer!Been here a few weeks ago. After consulting with waiter, we settled on some dishes! Ordered the vegan ramen and special lemonade. I will say the service is really good. When my order was messed up, they really got to work to fix it and make sure I felt happy! Sadly, the ramen was pretty lack luster and I felt that it was pretty pricy for what it really was. Ramen broth was just sort of bland. Not terrible, but probably wouldn't try this location again.

Starting first at Kyuramen! the beginning of a sssssooooo Special " girls-night-out" style mom and elder daughter AMAZING night/ special time together starting here at Kyuramen in EAGEN then going to the beginning night of the Halloween Pumpkin Spectacular at the Minnesota Zoo... first time ever!We were walked to a Japanese style tatami feeling booth/ room. This cozy intimate space with table and 4 chairs was curtained off in the front with Japanese curtains BOLDLY imprinted with Japanese art/letters/ symbols. The furniture nice clean simple lines modest oak chairs and table. Just perfect! The menu was extensive and quite wonderful. My daughter had their famous egg dish Omurice ( see video) which she loves loves. I had a perfect pork based extremely delicious ramen dish with The broth had no " instant/ high MSG" packed soup flavor. It was definitely slow cooked and simmered with excellent ingredients and seasoning. THIS is rare at a Ramen restaurant- - most are too tempted to cut time and budget by adding instant soup mixes loaded with too much of everything and missing the flavor from soup broth slowly stewing with real beef, pork. And the natural deliciousness of natural beef and pork fat stewing slowly for hours. At most ramen restaurants I rarely finish the bowl - - eat maybe 1/3-1/2. That night I FINISHED the whole bowl and loved the broth so much I packed it and a tiny amount of noodles to go! Crazy. And my great uncle immigrated from Japan in 1886, grandparents in 1900, so I grew up with genuine delicious home made Japanese food.Kyuramen was the Best ramen I have had in a long time, in several states!

This restaurant is so cute!! I love the layout and enjoy getting to have a more private area to sit in with the closed booths. Parking was easy as well! Our food came out pretty quickly and was very fresh! The broth was rich and nice for a rainy day The service was great too! Someone checked on us often and everyone was friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Ive tried this place with few of our friends... we tasted some good food options but somehow the food is not quiet to my liking... our friends loved it though... may be it's my personal taste... anyway we ordered some basil popcorn chicken, they were crispy but felt that there was hardly any flavour to it... also felt that chicken might be frozen before it was fried, so kinda felt tasted different... we tried couple of ramen as well... it feel anything exciting about it... pork dumplings were too light in flavour and were cold by the time they got to the table, so dint enjoy them as well. Tried the Thai tea and lemonade, they drinks were pretty good actually... They do have some nice parking space available!

What a fun and delicious place! Super yummy - all that we ate. The broth in the ramen- so amazing. The different components in each ramen were fresh and so tasty. We were seated in a booth which was a great private space. Push a button when ready to order or ready for your bill. The service was fabulous- smiles, jokes and super helpful. Can't wait to go back and try more options. More than just a meal- a fun experience.

What sets Kyuramen apart from other ramen restaurants is not the noodles or broths, but the amazing appetizers/ Japanese street foods, and the omurice that's a treat for both the taste buds and eyes. Also the wide variety of drinks offered by the T-Baar at the entrance. The decor is very fun, and like a small portal into Japan. Guests are greeted by a wall of ema plaques next to the host stand, seats at the bar where you can watch ramen being cooked, private booths along a narrow hall festooned with red lanterns, and a row of sake barrels. We ordered a lot since we wanted to try not only the ramen, but the appetizers and drinks as well. Everything came out super fast. We tried several of the street food style appetizers: takoyaki octopus balls, popcorn chicken, Japanese oysters, shrimp lollipops, Aji mackerel, and baby octopus. The hands down favorite was the oysters - perfectly fried with a crisp exterior that was light and not at all greasy, and bursting with flavor from the delicate center. The takoyaki balls were phenomenal - soft and slightly chewy with large bonito flakes dancing on top. The octopus and mackerel were also great - crisp and tender with a slight chewiness. Another dish to note is the omurice - an egg omelet served over fried rice with your choice of sauce. When our server cut it open at the table, soft-cooked egg flowed out onto the rice. Then delicious brown sauce was poured over it (we chose that over the curry sauce). It was delicious! As for the ramen, I asked for a flavorful option and was directed to the sapporo miso ramen (spicy). It had a very rich broth with layers of flavor that started with creaminess from the miso, followed by savoriness of the pork, and finished with spiciness from a chinese barbecue sauce. The chicken ramen had a richness that I was surprised could be achieved by chicken alone, and didn't have any of the buillon notes that chicken broths sometims have. TIP: adding togarashi and sauerkraut (they are in cute pots on each table) gives the chicken ramen a great subtle spice and kicks the flavor up a few notches. Both bowls had meat that was tender and sliced beautifully, as well as bamboo shoots, seaweed, corn, and scallions. The surprising star of the ramen was the marinated egg, which was tender and had lots of great umami flavor.I'll definitely be back for the street food apps and omurice. And maybe some ramen too if I'm really hungry!

The service was great! Enthusiastic, quick. The Mango crepe cake was wonderful, the ramen was good, the yakitori was poorly seasoned. Be great if they had salt at the tables. The place was a bit dirty, stuff laying around. Would be a higher rating if it was clean!
