So big and fun for the kiddos to explore. I was immediately greeted with a cheerful smile. It was a vibe!

We love kiddywampus - it is a wonderful store to find great toys for the kiddos. They have a wide range of toys for all ages - perfect place to let a kid choose a toy or 2

Here's a shop to put adults into their happy place! When asked if I needed help apparently because I may have been awe struck gawking at the selections that climb the walls I could only respond that I was just trying to soak it all in.This is not a place for books although they do have books, but more of a wide price range of toys, games, puzzles, stickers, dolls...on and on. There are play stations about to keep toddlers busy while the big folks shopped. It's easy to get carried away like watching a shopping channel when they bring out the dark Belgian Chocolate. There is free gift wrapping friendly help and advice.

An awesome place for getting gifts for the kiddos. They have a great range of selections for all ages. It was pretty fun for the adults too. I really enjoy how all the selections are educational too. So much better then going to a big name store like target.

The product assortment here is great, but the merchandising, staff, and store design leave something to be desired. The store itself looks like a pop-up concept - like it's a temporary space while they work on something better. There's a ton of space set aside for the party room and studio, so I'm guessing they make more money on the programming than they do on their merchandise. When I went in with a friend, there were two people (a mom and daughter) paying at the register. They left after a minute or two, and we spent at least 20 minutes browsing the store. The one staff person who was there didn't step out from behind the desk and didn't speak to or acknowledge us in any way until we exited the store (he waved).There are definitely some good finds in here, but without a pleasant shopping experience I'll be going elsewhere.

The best kids toy store this side of the North Pole! And the best customer service too.

Got all my nieces' and nephews' Christmas presents from here and everything was a big hit! They have unique toys, games and books you won't find at other stores.

This place made me want to be a kid again. I wandered around in here for an hour today because I couldn't decide on what to get me nephew for his birthday. I had the biggest dilemma because I loved so many things, but am not made of money. You can find something for a kid of all ages in Kiddywampus. My nephew's first birthday is this weekend and I wanted to find him something fun, but one year old gifts are hard. There were plenty to choose from in here. They have so many pretend-play items such as puppet theatres, dress up clothes, kitchen sets, etc. They have books, games, toys, etc including some really interesting ones like gardening items for kids, Minnesota specific toys/items, and kid-sized wooden boats, etc. Prices were reasonable and they had a very large sale section when I went in. The customer service was great, friendly, helpful, but not overbearing. I believe they do kid craft and activity events which sounds awesome if you have little ones. What a great place in cute downtown Hopkins!

Relocated from its St. Louis Park location, this is a great store for the kids -- lots of intelligent and fun toys for kids -- on par with Creative Kidstuff but a little less corporate of a feel. They've also got great opportunities for birthday parties and kids' summer camps. Our boys love the place.

We were extremely pleased with the support and selection in our Hopkins store. We were able to find the perfect gift for each grandchild this Christmas. Suggestions were provided that were very helpful and led us to purchases that we were extremely pleased with.We love our "new" go to toy store for our loved ones!Thank you Kiddywampus!!!
