Good food and service. I ordered a fruit cup not even thinking about the price. When the bill came it was $7 for a small cup of fruit. The worst part is the fruit wasn't even fresh. And the blueberries were pruning. So in guess my only gripe is it's alittle overpriced, I guess that's what you get downtown.

I went to Keys Cafe to work and have breakfast, but it was a disappointment. The food was not good. I ordered a breakfast dish, but it was overcooked and didn't taste great.The server was rushing me, constantly asking me if I was done, making me feel like I needed to leave quickly. I wanted to work and enjoy my meal, but the server made me feel rushed.The atmosphere was also not great. The music was too loud and distracting, and the decor was cluttered and chaotic. I had trouble focusing on my work because of the noise and visual overload.Overall, I was expecting a cozy and welcoming place to work and have breakfast, but Keys Cafe didn't deliver. Maybe they'll make some changes, but for now, I'll go somewhere else.

Keys is classic!I have enjoyed the food at several different locations.I truly enjoy the delicious homemade bread and the jam! It's divine! I typically visit here for the breakfast, but the have a nice selection of bakery items available!The service was fast, friendly, understandable!Typical cafe/bakery vibes!

Keys is always one of my favorites for breakfast.... Classic spot! Especially the Robert Street location. Stopped in last night for two slices of cake-- German chocolate and HoHo for my friend and I. The German chocolate cake was the better of the two. Not a ton of coconut flavor but the chocolate cake was great. The hoho cake left me disappointed- did not receive that "wow" from it. Unfortunately, just kinda blah. In the past, I've had the house cake and it's my favorite and would definitely recommend that one. Service I received when I stopped in was great. Gentleman helping me was very nice and friendly. He engaged in small talk. Restaurant was clean and bright. Not busy at all. I'll be back.

A great place to have a fast breakfast large portions and cooked right. Home jelly too!!One of the few restaurants that have grits!And the greeter James here will have you feeling very welcome because he is so rich with life. We look forward to him every time we go there.

We chose this restaurant randomly and it turned out great. Very welcoming and very busy on a Sunday morning. Loved the team work of the employees. We were seated very quickly.Water coffee arrived quickly. We chose the Cajun breakfast, Greek omelette and the Belgian waffles. Portions for the breakfast and omelette were huge. Coffee is bottomless and tasted good.The cappuccino arrived cold. There was a halogen lamp on top of our table (the third one on the right after you turn left from the entrance) that was flickering and was irritating.Menus arrived probably from a nice wipe! I recently visited this place after a long time and had a fantastic experience catching up with a friend over a lovely lunch. Surprisingly, the place has retained its charm over the years, which was quite refreshing. We indulged in a delicious cajun breakfast accompanied by some aromatic coffee and prosecco. The food was as delightful as ever, and the impeccable service made our experience even more enjoyable. We were promptly greeted and seated, and the overall atmosphere was just wonderful.
