Joe's Auto & Truck Repair

My dad uses this mechanic on a regular basis. He absolutely is satisfied with the level of service he has received over several years. The head mechanic there is honest, fair and very knowledgeable.

This place is amazing ~ it's like going back in time with good service and low cost. My wife and I have used Joe's Garage four time this past year for both our cars and their service and cost were the best we have found in the area. Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. If you are coming to this shop expecting at least common courtesy from the front staff or especially the mechanics..... well turn around and walk away. Now please understand I have come here several times because of my parents love for this place and the mechanics have been known for good work. But don't ever try and talk to the mechanics. It seems to make them mad dealing with the customers. This is a drop your keys in the box by the office and leave the property so you can then come back to pick up your car when they can get to it kind of place. Don't ask for apts, they don't do them. Let my clarify that, you give them the DAY your droppong it off. They don't seem to want to be bothered by more information/interaction then that.If low cost and you can leave your vehicle for an undisclosed amount of time is what you're looking for, then this definitely your shop. If you can't be without your car for an undisclosed amount of time &/or want to have a clue as to when the work will be done this is not a place for you.It's really sad for a shop that was such a wonderful place to have your vehicle work done at, has to degrade to this point.

The guys at Joe's are the best. They fix what needs fixing and they don't try to sell you other things. They are conscious of the fact that auto repair is expensive. Myself and my sister have had very good experiences with them.
