Fresh coffee and more - 5 stars!Located in the original 1905 Post Office building, Jewelltown Roastery has hot coffee and much more. They have fresh pastries, breakfasts, cold drinks, ice cream, maple syrup, honey, hand crafted soaps, local art...and more. They have live music too.I'd drive past the big national chain coffee joints and spend my money here - every time. Support a local family owned & operated business.Thumbs up!- Maxx

Stopped for lunch and had a great breakfast sandwich. Far better than going to a chain drive in. Will stop there again when in Star Prairie

Great coffee! The morning buns are exceptional, especially when they are warm out of the oven.

Considering the size of the town and history I'm aware of It's super awesome that Star Prarie has a legitimate specialty coffee shop. I'm a fan of the one off shops not that the chains are not fine, I just prefer the uniqueness of a shop like this. Opened up last October it's making great use of a neat building previously occupied by an antique store ( last time I was in town). Unfortunately I was in town to attend a family funeral Jewelltown provided a really good Americano and a place to take a walk break from the church. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly person (pictured on the right). She asked me if I needed room in my Americano for cream or milk and I said not if you pull the shots right. She confidently assured me she would leave no room and between her skills and the espresso blend from True Stone Roaster (St. Paul) it would be unnecessary. She was spot on and the Americano was good enough that although I was staying in Neighboring New Richmond it was worth the trip into town the following day for another. I hadn't been back in town for a number of years and seeing family along with experiencing Jewelltown made for a great trip. I hope they continue to kill it and be prosperous!
