I got a new Trek at Jerry's. It's a great bike shop if you don't like the arrogance and prices at big outlets. Straight shooters that won't push you to spend more than you can afford.

Wonderful place!!! I brought my daughter's bike in to get checked out. They did a mini tune-up for me on the spot and was so informative on the process. Two weeks later I had to come back for another issue with said bike. Even though it was close to closing time, Anthony had it all fix up in 15 minutes and my kid was so happy. Would 100% recommend this shop, they truly care about their customers and ensuring they are happy!

It's nice going to an establishment that people seem to really enjoy their work. Jerry's is like that! I brought two Trek bikes that needed some work including one that was run over by a car by my nephew. They gave me an estimate and contacted me twice on things that they had not seen before (for the run over bike), giving me options and no pressure on items that needed to be replaced.Both bikes were done in the time as promised. (although they said they'd call upon completion, they had forgotten so I had to check back with them. )Overall their prices for fixing both bikes were reasonable (I had another bike that needed a tube replaced. Their price was a 1/3 less than a Maple Grove bike store I went to) and the guys were very friendly and professional. Would use them again for any future bike needs!

What great service, we have been looking for a new bike for weeks, they let us test drive each bike and gave us great advice what to look for. We went in empty handed and rode out on a new bike with a GREAT PRICE! My next bikes will be from them also.

Driven by it many times but never had a reason to stop. When I came across the need for a new rear wheel for my mountain bike the staff here was very friendly and helpful.Later that night when I found I needed a special tool to transfer some old parts to the new wheel I went back to Jerry's and they removed the old parts and helped me put them on the new wheel for no charge. Excellent customer service from a staff who seems to enjoy their job and helping customers! This will be my first stop for any bicycle related needs moving forward!

Bought a seat 2017.Great seat,Great help and great owner. Always been good there.Need a helmet next time.
