We had so much fun here! We usually love going to communal pot hot pot at the Asia Mall, but with just three of us, we opted to try Jasmine 26.SERVICE/STAFF:The #1 thing that stands out to me about our experience was the family that owns and operates this business. The owner came to our table to check on us and get to know us a few times, her nephew waited on us and was so amazing, one of the family members bartends and others are involved. THIS is exactly the kind of family owned business I love to support and come back to again and again! AMBIANCE:The space is soooo well decorated. I couldn't help but take lots of photos! They even have a vespa as a photo op/decor - how cute!FOOD:It was a cold winter night, so we were hype about getting hot pot. We each ordered a different broth, got our individual pots, then ordered menu items a la carte. They offer "package" options but we decided to make our own lineup. Favorites for hot pot always include:quail eggenoki mushroompotatoramen noodlessliced meatcabbagelotus rootThey also brought us some sauces that we absolutely LOVED!I loved their tofu skin, watercress, soba noodles, corn, and rice noodles here. The service and hot pot were stand-out and we'll definitely be back :)

Great Food Great Service, beautiful place, and price is fair. I'm Vietnamese so I'm not easily impress unless food has a traditional taste, and this place hits the spot. Highly recommended

We had such a great experience at Jasmine 26! The decor is modern and clean. We made a reservation for a party of 8. We started appetizers with Coconut Cream Cheese Wontons. They were sweet and crispy with a nice coconut flavor. We all had our individual hot pots- I went with the spicy Szechuan and egg noodles- spicy yet delicious! The included beef, chicken, and veggies were all I needed, but there were plenty of a la carte items as well. Staff was incredible. We'll be back!

This was a fun experience. You select one of five hot pot options and then can add on with various proteins, veggies and sauces. We also ordered the egg rolls and one hot pot plus the app and would have been enough for the two of us. It felt like I was making a potion putting all the ingredients together. A cool interactive meal. There weren't many of us in the restaurant yet we were left by our server for about 40 minutes. We had to ask for our check and ended up being late for our show. Another worker helped us pay and package up our leftovers and was quick and pleasant. My only other complaint is the lack of knowledge by our server. We had a couple of questions which she didn't know the answer to. Rather than seeking the correct information she told us incorrect information.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is always amazing the staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ive brought a handful of people who have never tried (or heard) of hot pot before they always are willing to help! On top of that the decor and whole ambiance is a great place to go for causal time with friends or birthday celebration

At this point I am comfortable referring to this as my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. They've reopened after a pandemic-era hiatus, and now they are an awesome hot pot restaurant! I loved their food before, but now that they are making hot pot the centerpiece of their menu I have even more reasons to recommend them. They have five specific hot pot options, which you can customize and add to. I'm all about the Sichuan Spicy Beef, but I recently brought a strictly-vegan friend here and he raved about the Herbal Vegan Tofu hot pot. They also have the same Salt and Pepper Tofu appetizer that I've loved for years. A lot of restaurants have good service, but there are very few places I've been to in my life where the staff were as likeable as this group. In addition to being extremely professional (visits from the chef, checking on your satisfaction, are normal here in my experience), they feel like neighbors. My friends and I feel sincerely liked by everyone here. And the sauces! They have several sauce options, and they have some new recipies which are impressive! The spiciest ones are VERY spicy, but whether you like the spice level or not, the variety and quality is awesome. The decor is really nice; they've gone to a lot of effort to make this a pleasant environment to spend time. If you're new to hot pot, this is probably the best way to be introduced to this immersive (good word choice there eh?) dining experience. They will guide you and make sure you're "doing it right". I just can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. This is definitely where you and your friends should go have a meal.

Food here is great! Came here because wanted to try hotpot's and saw it online. The appetizers and cocktails are definitely the stars of my mean in my opinion. Every side was savory and full of flavor. The pineapple drink was so refreshing. I will definitely be retuning for more of their sides and drinks. Service was very kind and walked me though what hot pot was and how to order. I would definitely bring someone on a date here or come with 3-6 friends. It's family friendly but the cocktails and sides make a great hang out spot with bites. Parking can be tough but back roads will have parking, you just have to look!

I'm really torn with how to feel about Jasmine 26. The space has been really nicely updated with all new decor and tables, the service was outstandingly warm and welcoming, and the food was high quality and tasted great. Easy 5 stars it would seem! The issue is pricing here. Each personal hotpot starts at ~$20, and comes with a small plate of meat, noodles, and veggies depending on which one you order. We tried the Tom Yum and Classic Szechuan broths, and both were great. If you have a modest appetite and are ok with how the sets come as-is, I'd say it's a strong value. However, upgrading to all-beef (beef and chicken mixed is standard) is an upcharge, and since the base comes with only 7 pieces of beef, you'll likely want to order another plate for ~$5. If any appetizers or a drink catch your eye, you're looking at $45 out the door--typical hotpot pricing--for a fairly small number of items by hotpot standards. If Jasmine 26 existed in a vacuum where you couldn't go to other all you can eat hot pots in the city (Little Szechuan on University or Kung Fu hotpot also in Uptown) for a similar price, or other personal pot places (Tasty Pot in Dinkytown) for half that price, I'd recommend this wholeheartedly. As it stands, unless you really want to try some of the Vietnamese-inspired broths, Jasmine 26 doesn't offer the best value proposition. I have no issue spending a lot on food, but when other places do it better and cheaper, it's tough to feel good about it. I truly hope they do well with this new concept though, as the service was truly fantastic and I love to see the growth of restaurants like this in the city.

OVERALL: Jasmine 26 has pivoted toward hot pot and it was an awesome decision! ATMOSPHERE: Everything is very clean and modern. It's also very bright by the windows which I love.DRINKS: you have to get the drink in a pineapple. It's absolutely delicious. Every drink here I would say is a 10/10SERVICE: the service is on-point and always willing to educate people on how to hot pot!FOOD: From the appetizers, to the hot pot each aspect is delicious. I ordered the Tom kha hot pot broth and it was so flavorful. I also had a taste of the spicy Szechuan beef and I would recommend that as well but it is very spicy! 10/10 recommend!

Best meal I've had in a long time! The spicy Szechuan and Tom Kha broths were incredible and even made vegan which was awesome. Highly recommend getting taro root, udon noodles, tofu skin, and seafood mushrooms. Service was incredibly friendly, can't recommend this place enough! It's a bit spendy, but absolutely go here for a nice meal out!!
