J & J Fish & Chicken

As a part of #YelpsBigNightIn to support local businesses during COVID-19, I ordered from J&J after a wing craving hit. I ordered six wings and fries. The seasoning is very similar to Hook Fish and Chicken. A lemon pepper, a sweet and spicy combo that adds a delicious touch to both the chicken and fries. The wings were hot and crisp, and they're full size from wing to tip. The meat was fall off the bone tender. All in all, some of the best wings I've had in a long time. Can't wait to be able to visit in person. I ordered through Door Dash and the whole process was slick and really took no time at all between ordering and receiving my meal.

JJ Fish and Chicken is always a reliable spot for a tasty meal! Their lemon pepper seasoning is always on point, and the catfish is fried to perfection. While this location isn't quite as generous as the Brooklyn Park one, the food was still delicious and satisfying. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

The people are efficient and the food is great! I love a hole in wall place. It lets me know the food is about to be bussin bussin or slap ya mama. Thanks for the great service.

The Gyro was delicious, the fries were crispy, great flavor and fresh/hot. I was completely satisfied and it was under $10, can't beat that and the portion was huge. Its not the prettiest place to look at but it got the job done!

I finally tried this place, because I was craving some fried food. Well the food was hot and ready when I arrived. And the cashier was super nice and had everything for my order. In the pictures I ordered large catfish nuggets, four chicken wings both with bread and fries. Also my sides were hush puppies and Mac& Cheese balls. With ketchup and hot sauce! I usually don't like fries much, because they can get sweaty and soft, but I put them in the oven and they crisped up fine. The total meal was around $30, and I was ok with that, it was fast and tasty!

This place is the the best place in walking distance to get food. The whole vibe is an experience that makes getting food here so much better. I'm running out of time to try everything on the menu because I'm always pleasantly surprised with everything new I try.

Best chicken by far I've had in Minnesota! Everything is fresh and delicious, so if you're wondering what's taking long? Just remember it's fresh and it will be hot! WORTH THE WAIT I PROMISE. Owners are super nice and friendly. Thank you for the best last night snack I've had, after an intense soccer game! I will be back next weekend.

the food is amazing but the costumer service is terrible. ordered ahead so I didn't have to wait and when I came to pickup my order wasn't even started. they were arguing the whole tim.
