Was traveling up hwy. 65 and stopped in to get some steaks to take to the lake. Most of the meat in the counter looked like it had been sitting there a long time. A long, looooonnnng time. Like, kind of greyish-brown and not very appealing. Hork. The girl behind the counter looked like she was about to fall asleep on her feet. It was around noon on a Saturday and the whole place looked dead.I walked out and got everything I needed at the Coborn's a half mile away.

Great bacon and multiple variety of beef sticks. Have to have their bacon! Will never have grocery store bacon again. Husband likes their steaks too!

The Swedish Sausage AKA Potato Sausage is to die for. Being a Swede/Norwegian I thought I would never see that quality again. Isanti should receive the golden sausage award for this one. Only problem is they run out on occasion.

I found Isanti Meats on this site and reviews seemed good. Our son and wife wanted good food for there Happily Ever After par. I worked with Monica and she was helpful with food portions and priced our order, as we were coming from Colorado and California. When Troy delivered the food he said the ribs got a little brown, when we set out the Chicken wings,Pulled pork and Beef rib's I couldn't believe they delivered them.....Burn't and dry , and no BBQ sauce to serve !!! spoke with Monica Sunday and explained what had happened, told her we will bring back the burn't ribs did not eat. All in all we have thought long and hard about this Review and it had to be written.

Heard great things about their meat, purchased some steaks that where nothing special. Could have bought at the grocery store for cheaper and probably better. About a year late I brought in some venison to have made into summer sausage. Was told it would take a week. I called on day 6, I was told it was not ready but they would call when it was(had an attitude about it). I let another week go by, was told it would be done by that Saturday. I never received a call, I then called that Monday and was told it was done but needed to be wrapped. That's almost 3 weeks for something that I was told would be a week. When I picked it up I had 3 regular and the rest was jalapeño, I had ordered the exact opposite. Summer sausage is ok but will not be using themagain. I will spend extra time and money and go to Foley.

Meat and salads are pretty good but somewhat spendy depending what it is. But customer service is crap every single time I go there. The employees seem annoyed when they have to package something up for you. Never seem friendly whatsoever. I feel like I'm lucky if I get a thank you after I check out.

Best chicken on the planet bar none. Recommend any brat or burger, also the Tennessee spice wings and pork chops.
