Ippin Ramen

Absolutely love this spot. First time stopping today and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole experience. The staff were awesome and very nice. I ordered a number 8 and my daughter ordered a number 7. They give you more than plenty for the money spent. They even had a fresh rose on the table for the customers. I will absolutely be back to eat here again. I am happy I found this restaurant.

I loved this little place. I was starved and came over quickly after I had checked into the hotel a few blocks away! It's in a newer complex, fresh interior. The ramen hit the spot! Eggs were sweeter than I'm used too, but none the less, delicious!

Great service!! The food was absolutely great and we are very happy that that served us four minutes before they closed. We only got two things this time but we are planning on going back tomorrow with my family. I loved the ambiance of the place, it was very modern and chic. 10/10 will eat at again.

The long awaited ramen place is finally here and the food is not disappointing! The atmosphere is cute with a Japanese decor theme. While the menu isn't huge, it has a little of everything for both novice ramen eaters to veteran ramen connoisseurs (well, almost). The noodles are nicely cooked so that they are slight chewy and not mushy... all the fixings are well thought out. The egg yolk from the ramen is slightly sweet which pairs really well with the flavorful broth for example. The pork is also slightly charred to bring out the smoky flavor. The servers will happily offer forks for the chop-stick challenged, and they can helpful if you are undecided. This place is perfect for the snowy winter of MN!

We travel a lot and I find Ramen restaurants in every city we go to. This restaurant is most comparable to my favorite Ramen restaurant in Seattle. Immediately when you walk in the Pleasant and courteous staff bend over backwards to seat you in an area you most prefer. The staff are very attentive to your needs during your dinning experience. We asked for water with lemon. Not only did they bring our glasses of water, but they also brought a craft of water, just so we didn't run out. The Ramen is very flavorful, one of the most flavorful broth I have ever had. I loved the previous tenants Ko' Z, but this is a total transformation of the space, beautiful. I just hope you have my favorite drink for the next time I visit

Great place, incredible food, exceptional service. Try to find that these days. Only been there once but I'll be back.

Had the char sui ramen and it was very good. Nice atmosphere at this sit down restaurant. I was surprised at how nice it was inside.

Not very vegetarian friendly. They do not have tofu. You need to ask for the miso-based vegetarian broth, even if you order the vegetable ramen (their only sort of vegetarian option). The miso broth isn't very flavorful either, it's just kind of there. Pretty meh flavor.I ordered vegetarian broth without meat in one of the ramen options, but it arrived with meat. That's understandable, mistakes happen, but I was specifically told by one of the staff that they would bring me a new one. Less than 5 minutes later they returned it, but I could tell that it wasn't remade and the big pieces of meat were just pulled out. There were meat crumbles all throughout the ramen. It was insulting to say that I will get a new bowl made and give me that as if I wouldn't notice. What if I had eaten it and only noticed it later? Very disrespectful. It doesn't seem like they make it easy for waiters, and the service has been slow the 4 times that I have been there. Overall it has been a very underwhelming experience each time. It is not worth the money or the bowel problems that follow.

Food was great !!! Everything was fresh and hot. If come to service it was long time wait, very busy place . Definitely will be back again!!
