The students and staff there are extremely delicate and get offended easily. IHCC is extremely liberal and this coming from someone who is liberal, the students will make large issues over nothing. IHCC took liberal to a whole new level and makes the experience of learning uncomfortable. I would look elsewhere to take classes.

I've been here countless times in the past. Never a member, just dropIn. The last two months, my bestie and I have been walking the track and participating in the water aerobics class at 7:00pm on Mondays. Staff have been friendly most of the time. This evening the gal at the front desk was a little snippy to us. We made a comment saying how the water park was quiet, she quickly replied back with yeah, can't you tell it's being cleaned? It came off kinda rude to us. Almost made us feel silly/dumb for making an observation and being vocal about it. We utilize the walking track and pool. Place is pretty clean. Water aerobics instructor and fellow participants are all very friendly. Water aerobics instructor is nice and friendly. She is always welcoming to us and thanks us for coming to class. Great class. The day pass is $10.00 each time, not too bad for drop in. I wish step class was offered in the evenings and on the weekend. Then maybe I'd consider joining as a member. Until then guest pass it is.

Went here for the free skate. The moment my savvy group of gal pals entered, we knew we'd have a great time...and we did! (Not to brag, I didn't fall once. I can't say the same about my gals)The staff and fellow visitors were very friendly.The only issue with this place is the ice was slightly rough. Nothing a good old zamboni can't fix!Heads up, they don't have scissors so keep that in mind!Can't wait to go back again!

The aquatic staff were very friendly! The people in charge on the other hand kept asking us questions and telling us we couldn't be in the pool even tho online it said it was open! We kept getting bothered every couple minutes so we just left. If you have kids coming here watch out the managers are what u call KARENS

My kids loved the place and I loved the easy going nature of the staff. The water park is not as large as the one by the mall of America, which made it easier to know what is going on, rather than where is my kid all the time. They love to play hide and seek. :-o Thus, I highly recommend checking this water park out.

Had my son's 8th birthday party in the waterpark. It was great!! The party hosts took care of everything and were amazing. The kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend this place.

The public pool manager Doug claims to have no idea what the Americans With Disabilities act entails or how PCAs/companions are supposed to be allowed to accompany and assist special needs children and adults. And the teenage staff had to be educated on the use of swim goggles as adaptive equipment for special needs. Their sign at the water slide only states 2 things: "you must be a certain height and able to swim in use the slide". Not "fully cognitive and otherwise typical", but they strictly enforce their "pool rules" as if their rules supersede MN state law and Federal law regarding the ADA. They do not, despite Doug's insistence that they do. This is a great public waterpark for kids of all ages but it's managed poorly and ignorantly. Other parents watching us interact with Doug came over to us afterward saying various refrains of "he's a big jerk" but they also like the waterpark in spite of him. Go with your family but insist on your rights if you have a special family member and if Doug tells you his "pool rules" are supreme, contact the MN attorney general's office. Mark Dayton is on several special needs boards and should be quick to intervene on your behalf.

This is a great place to bring the family on a cold day! The diving board is nice because they're multiple levels for the kids. Very inexpensive! Indoor water park area is average, but the hot tub is nice for the adults! The waterslide is cool too.

A very good place for a lot of things such as: a lap pool and a Waterpark, a gym, and multiple ice arenas. The ice arenas are very well designed and are basically your run of the mill ice arena. The waterpark is very fun for all ages and has 2 waterslides. Overall this place is good for any day and deserves my 5 stars.
