Been really wanting to try this place since we love BBH. Quangs is our go to spot but was closed on Tuesdays. We ordered the #4 which was large enough to share. We also ordered a Bahn Mi. I must say that was the smallest Bahn mi I've ever received in a restaurant! Yes it was tasty but definitely not worth the price! The BBH looked delicious and was full of meat. I also appreciated the plentiful side of veggies. However, I felt the broth lacking in "umph" and the meat smelled a little "aged". although it was one bowl for the two of us, neither of us wanted to finish it.Wouldn't return and will continue to go to Quangs for our BBH.

I wanted to try out the Bun Bo Hue with my fiancé because we are two people who loves to eat pho and bun bo hue. This place was good, it wasn't the best, but still delicious. First thing I want to address is the flavors was good, it does have a small kick to the dish, however as you continue to eat the noodle, the flavors starts to lack the taste of the beef/pork. It began to taste water down; however it could be the noodle. Once my fiancé and I like is instead of bun bo hue noodle we use pho noodle because it soaks up the broth flavor and taste better (but of course bun bo hue is eaten with a different kind of noodle). I meat was what disappointed me a little more than the meal overall. The meat was not tender, and I have a hard time eating very different hard meat. My fiancé thought that the meat could have been more tender. I'm not sure if they let the meat cook in the broth long because if it was in the broth for a long time, the meat would be tender. The place is like a food court, so it took a long time since many people came to try out the noodle soup dish. The location is a nice hidden spot with a lot of different kind of food.

I recently visited House of Hue off Eat Street on Nicollet, and I was really impressed by the aesthetics of the food hall--it's such a cute spot! The customer service was on point, which made the experience even better. I love that they offer vegetarian options. I tried their BBH (Bánh Bò Huế), which is usually packed with meat and beef slowly braised to perfection, but they nailed the vegetarian version. It totally satisfied my cravings! I also tried their tofu Bánh Mì, and that was delicious too. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. I've heard mixed reviews about their regular Bánh Mì, but I can vouch for the tofu version--it's a solid choice.

This was a great place to go to for lunch. I went here on a Monday around 1pm. The place is open despite Google Map - the business hours is meant for their bar, but otherwise all the restaurants inside Eat Street Crossing are open. It was also nice to see it casually busy, like 5-6 dining groups. FOOD: I ordered Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet. It was mildly spicy. There are spicy oil nearby the chopsticks, forks, and spoons if you wish to make it spicier. The food was flavorful. It comes with the appropriate side dish to garnish your bowl. The beef ox tail and pork hock were cooked well that the meat fall apart. Beverages offered were coca-cola products, but I have seen people stop SERVICE: The woman who took my meal order was friendly and approachable. It was simple process: place the order, pay ahead, and receive a buzzer for when your order is ready. You can bring your dirty dishes to designated area to toss out trash and place bowls and spoons in bins. There are Eat Street Crossing staff roam the dining area to wipe down tables. PARKING: There was a small parking lot across from Pho Tau Bay or street parking. Overall, I would come here again and highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try Bun bo hue and when we saw this place open inside of ESC, we figured it was our time! We ordered the #1 on the menu because that seemed like the base option and figured it would be a good thing to have as our first time! The man who took our order seemed friendly When we got our bowl, it looked amazing. The noodles are a thicker noodle and we both loved the texture. There is some meat in there and it was a little chewy which wasn't my favorite but I believe that is traditional and more of a personal taste issue than them. The fishball in it was great, the spice level was perfect, and overall the flavor was amazing. For our first time trying this dish, I'm glad we decided to come here. All the good reviews are true!

Came here during their soft opening!! I usually don't order bun bo hue but this place has to be one of my fav ones from different places I've tried. I had the spicy beef bbh. I wish there was a version with no spice but it was not that bad. The soup is delicious and they give you lots of noodles and meat!! I like this because I know other places they don't give that much. But for the price, it's a pretty big portion. House of Hue is located in Eat Street Crossing so, I was able to try out other food as well. This is a great place to work or eat with friends. The staff were friendly and the food was delivered quickly. If you have been wanting to try bun bo hue, House of Hue is a great place to go!

I am very reluctant to eat Vietnamese food outside of Little Saigon in OC, California and Vietnam itself. Because I've been disappointed so many times before. But today I was very surprised. When my buddy offered me to eat Bun Bo Hue here. This was one of the best BBH I've ever had. The noodles cooked perfectly. The broth had tons of flavor and umami. The pork was very tender. I definitely did not expect it to be so good. It was located inside the eats crossing food hall. Great friendly service. And a good vibe to the food hall. Recommendation: Bun Bo Hue
