I wouldn't leave my dog with these people! The director Kayla is nice but she doesn't fit with a group of predominantly minorities. The teachers are visible high off what I hope is only marijuana. The facility is filthy. The tuition is about $410 a week. The staff is comprised of a bunch of single moms gaslighting as "teachers." When I asked about the curriculum, the lady replied: we're a daycare, not a school. Run!

Kayla and jhessica are exactly what the center needs. I have been at the center for about 3 years now and they are my family. Kayla is always UP FRONT AND HONEST. Glad they were able to keep good teachers. The teachers there are loving and caring. They teach our kids the basics for entering school. They value each family and they are fair to everyone. If someone has had a bad experience its because they didn't pay their fine or their were bad and had to leave the center. I would recommend this center to my friends and family ANYDAY. Honestly these other reviews are not true and they are mad because we have a center director that will not let you run over her

If there was a 0 star option that would better reflect this center. The problems start with staff turn over. Probably due to staff that I witnessed making a tiktok of children. The children were allowed free reign of ipad(s) so my son was exposed to the horror movie The Grudge. Although the director apologized and guaranteed that would never happen my son is traumatized. Months later he needs to be within arms length of me at all times. The next problem is with communication. My son was attending for non school days. At times I was told to disregard messages that were sent about billing and signing in my son The app they have is never used so I had no proof my son was signed in. This caused major billing issues. Each time I was told pay or he couldnt attend. I recieve a subsidy so I would contact the case manager and it would get resomved. It's a terrible feeling to scramble and hope it works out before i would need care. The final straw was when I was again told I had a balance and pay or he couldnt attend. I paid amd asked for an explination of the charges. I was told it was my balance so pay. This was at 6pm the night before a drop off day. It spiraled from pay or he couldnt attend to due to billing issues he had been unenrolled a month prior and there was no linger soace for him. Other families had prioriety as full time. I was told in the moment he was a drop in child and never guaranteed space. I was never told this in the 5 months that he attended. Had I known that I would have never enrolled him. Childcare is very had to secure for school age children. All of these miss communications caused so much anxiety for me. I work full time and I am a single parent. This caused a strain on my job. Due to the many fails of Kindercare Hopkins I was reprimanded because my child was at home during my work hours and interrupted my work. I contacted the district manager and received empty appologies. I am left with no child care for Spring Break and other nonschool days. This facility is not safe for a child emotional wellbeing and a nightmare for communication and billing. Look else

The first few weeks my child was at this location she would come home swearing and biting people from learning this from other kids. I also constantly saw parents smoking pot, vaping, and cigarettes in their cars with their child in the car after bringing them in making the place smell horrible. They have a lawsuit going on with a mentally challenged child literally escaping the premises. Heard about a pregnant worker getting kicked in the stomach by a child there and the admin did nothing. The food is horrible there and barely give the children anything and is not worth it at all. CPS gets called to get there constantly and have seen agents walk in and out at least once every month. The place is extremely sketchy because it is located in a very low income apartment complex where I was threatened by a kid who got out of his white Dodge Charger and continued to threaten me as I was getting my child in the car. This place is not safe nor will your child get anything from this. This is a perfect example of public schools versus private. You are under equipped, have the lack of teaching skills, and should close your doors. We are so happy we switched to New Horizons. Apparently the manager used to work there and I have no idea why she changed because not only do they pay more but offer a lot better opportunities. I wonder....... why........she.......left......... hmmmmmm...... The only person there who is pulling her weight is Candice who tries to take care of everything but was gone for a while and when she was the whole place went downhill and later found out that she quit because kinder care demoted her while she was gone in maternity leave. Super sketchy huh?. Don't put your children here. It is worth paying a little bit more to go to New Horizons where your children will actually learn something, but if you don't care about your Child's wellbeing or education please by all means send them here. Oh by the way all the pictures you see here are not from the unprofessional dirty horrible location.
