Hopkins Antique Mall

I love this place, new stuff every time I come in! My latest favorite is the #4 case in the back. Super great variety collection. Vintage and antique items, Silver purses, silver compacts, gold filled Victorian pins, filled filled sliding chains, tiny medical and advertising tins, really cool antique medical items, microscope, dental and biology slides, antique view finder (I've never seen a stand-up one, just handhelds, so cool!) Tons of tiny snuff/pill boxes and solid perfume compacts, tons! There are a handful of old fisher price toys, Disney items. She brought in super cute Christmas items for the holiday. She has hundreds of old medicine rare vintage advertising tins etc that she rotates in. I'm also told a bunch of vintage Avon items are standing by waiting for room.She just got a ton of vintage gloves from a large estate on lake Minnetonka. All new mostly from Italy and Paris, super petite vintage leather gloves. All reasonably priced for what you find! Same item in the store or across the street priced 3x, and after I got her number she's very easy to work with bundling deals. Updated to say: she just added vintage cabbage patch dolls, new in box, vintage trunks, and a ton of lockets. Swoon!

I would not recommend this place to other shoppers. The staff are incredibly rude . They growl and sneer when asked to open cases . After telling the person running the front desk that I had a tax number TWICE they STILL charged me tax . After I pointed that out , they argued and lied about it . Not a fun or friendly place to shop. If the antique mall was amazing , a buyer could put up with the terrible customer service , but the mall itself is not great at all. Many other far better and more friendly shops in the Twin Cities area to spend my time and money.

Omg the worst. Rude. Walked in at 10 minutes and were told "we are closed!".Will never be back and will tell all my friends not to either. They don't deserve your business with that attitude and they won't get it. I mentioned there was still ten minutes and they laughed.The worst!

Like the other one star reviews said the staff is very rude and snobby. It smells like mold in their too. Don't bother wasting your time at this shop, there are much better options in the area also, leave this business to die.

My family and I stopped in to their store yesterday and had a poor experience. They are not friendly towards children and snapped at my 11 year old, who was next to me the whole time, for looking through a motorized case. Rather than encouraging children to have a love of antiques, this teaches kids old things are worthless. We put down the items my wife and I were going to purchase and went to the antique stores down the street instead. Learn some customer service because if this happened to us, I would guarantee it has happened to others.

Very strange store, they thought I didn't know what an antique mall was and that I've never visited antique store before. I think the sign on the door points out the establishment type accordingly.

I've never sold antiques before so wasn't sure of the process. They walked me through the whole thing and were very nice about it.

1. False advertisement. You guys people travel far and wide to come here do not share false hours. Most of these stores are NEVER open on a Monday. Not all are nice to people of color and sometimes you cannot even find anyone who works in the store. Do you want customers or are these museums?
