Hong Kong Buffet

For what this is it's a decent Chinese buffet. The price is nice. Lunch is really cheap and you grab to go container for $5.50 a pound. It's not bad for the price and you are getting a Chinese buffet that tastes decent. If you're hungry for Chinese buffet this is not a bad option. Food tastes average.Atmosphere was bland. It's gives off the vibe of a Chinese buffet that has definitely seen better days. Rips in the cushions and things just looks like it hasn't been cared for in awhile. Service was really good though. It's family owned so just be patient. They're really nice and do the best they can.

Typically Chinese buffet with standard fare but they did have peanut butter chicken which I love. Everything was self serve including drinks. They were quick to bus tables. Ice cream machine had twist option.

Good typical chinese food. $13.19 + tax for dinner and $10.19 +tax for lunch (includes drinks). I would come back again. I have to say some choices had to be refilled and waited for, but it was not a huge issue.

For $10 you can't go wrong! The hot and sour soup is good plus they had a spicy chili oil that you could add to it if you wanted it spicier. Dumplings were good the homemade sauce for the dumplings was on point! The Buffet had egg foo young. I came to test it out. I will definitely come back with my family again for lunch buffet you can't beat $10

Pretty good buffet! I do takeout quite often. My go to place. Love the seafood casserole, broccoli/chicken, mushrooms, egg rolls and cheese wontons!

Four stars because there were only few items I did not like. Watermelon was crunchy fresh which surprised me. Swirl ice cream was good: I asked them if I can come back and pay one dollar get one without the buffet and they said it's OK. Mac Donald does not have swirl ice cream. Few minor cuts in the furniture here and there. Eggrolls were good. Many items I liked. Ample parking and cleanliness acceptable. Silver Ware was kinda from my grandmother's era, but clean. 7.99$ lunch: best quality price ratio.

I want to give 3.5 stars but I'm forced to round up. Here's the thing: there just aren't that many good Asian buffets in town and if there are, I probably don't live close enough to it. I would say this place is a solid 3 stars for MN standard and I give another star bc it's close to where I live and the soft serve is on point.The food has all your usual suspects for a Chinese buffet. The pleasant surprise was probably the crab, which I wish I knew where the cracking tools were. (I found them after the fact). All the dishes were adequate but I've definitely had better. But it was a good dinner bc my kids liked it and we filled our bellies. Also there is a super diverse clientele which I usually use as a gauge of how authentic a restaurant is. We will probably come back if we have a craving for Chinese buffet.

How have I lived in New Hope for over 3 years and NOT tried this place until last night? Everything I tried was delicious except the Beef Broccoli but it was a spice or seasoning that I didn't care for. I will be back for sure! Great service too!

Run of the mill Chinese buffet. I tried the lo mein, pepper chicken, general tsao chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, cream cheese wontons, dumplings, egg roll, beef and broccoli, Chinese donut, and wonton soup. Everything was pretty good except for the dumplings and wonton soup. Quiet atmosphere, quick cleanup and quick food re-ups at the buffet line. Nice little low key place. Price is $15.84 including tax.

Food was horrible crab taste like water and the watermelon was not juicy and bad service and people ate for free.
