Hilliard Heating & Cooling

While originally referred to them through my home warranty, I've continued to have my boiler worked on my Hillard's team. Through excellent customer service and truly knowledge technicians, I always feel like I'm in good hands.

Called to see if we could get an estimate for a job, they're near us and were also recommended by another local company we used for a different project. Called, had to leave a message-- which was never returned. I get it if you're busy, but a phone call to say that you're scheduling out X weeks is better than a no-call. Can't comment on their work, because I'll never use them.

Greg is a great guy. I've used him for 20+ years. Super reliable and affordable. Best integrity guy!?

Our furnace quit working. I called Hilliard Heating and talked to the nicest gal ever. I think her name was Nancy. They came out the next day and figured out the inducer moter was shot. They got the furnace fan working so it would circulate the warm air from the fireplace. It took a couple of days for the part to come in. I will definitely be calling them again. Great service and a fair price.

Hilliard was responsive and professional. We used them twice in a month as we were going through inspections on a new house and the sale of our old house. They were clear on timing and work to be performed. I would use them again for my HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough about Hilliard Heating a Cooling. From getting the estimate to the work preformed. Greg and his team replaced my hose AC this past summer. They were able to sneak me in and get it cooling in less than 36 hours. When they were here I asked for an estimate to replace all of my duct work. Jason and his crew were meticulous. My 1951 house has never felt so warm. Everyone at Hilliard truly care about what they do and it shows!!! Thank you for the AWESOME work!

We used Hilliard when our AC went out a few years ago during a heat wave. We had a new unit installed in less than 24 hours. We then recommended them to our neighbors when their AC went out. They also had a great experience. Last night (Sunday pm) my elderly mothers AC broke and they were out and had it fixed the next day.Three for three positive experiences with them! They are our official go to for anything related to heat or AC. Love them and would highly recommend.

Hilliard Heating and cooling installed 2 furnaces and 2 central air units in our duplex in Uptown. These replaced the 100 year old gravity system in the 100 year old duplex. They were all professional and pleasant, from Nancy in the office to Jason at our building. They made extra efforts and did a fantastic job. I was present for the city inspector to make the final approval, he remarked 3 times as to the high quality of work! I felt confident throughout the project and that was icing on the cake! Greg Hilliard was there and credited Jason for the work. Greg wrapped things up and did the fine tuning. He's great to talk to, easy to be around, and offers fair prices. I highly recommend Hilliard Heating and Cooling.

Used Hilliard to replace my air conditioning unit. They responded quickly and the next day within a few hours I had air conditioning again. I definitely recommend!!

Provided excellent service in installing duct work for a basement finish. They were out the same day when called to provide an estimate and were able to accommodate my schedule to get the job done. Elk River City inspector even made a positive comment about the quality of the work.
