Herradura Family Mexican Restaurant

I ordered an al pastor burrito and it was mostly rice. The little bits of al pastor that was in there wasn't very good either. Salsa was good, chips were meh. If the food was passable, I wouldn't even bother to leave a review but this meal was so incredibly disappointing. Too expensive for what you get.

We have restaurants we're we live but we drive for 30 minutes because this place is awesome. The owner is great and the food is awesome. It's probably hours before you find a place that would compare to this place. Please give it a try you won't be disappointed.

So in my search for a good mexican place in MN I stopped here when heading back from a camp.The staff was friendly and does look to be family run. They do provide chips and salsa at no cost.Unfortunately though the food wasn't what I would hope for in authentic Mexican food (growing up in SoCal and living in CO for 19 years).Ordered El pastor tacos and a kids beef burrito.The El Pastor tacos we a good portion with three but needed some spice and/or pineapple.The kids beef burrito was missing any spice, tasted like just ground beef and the red sauce didn't have much flavor.The refried beans needed salt which I cannot recall having to ever do before.The rice was alright, not dry but again missing some flavor you would hope for.My quest continues!

I like the place, it's very charming "Family Style" place...plates are huge and affordable, I got the 'Carne Asada' and 'Taco platter' - Both super tasty.Chips and Salsa keep coming and so do the margaritas... Definskotelt Vibe :)Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the small town of Lichfield

The fajitas have excellent taste and the service is fantastic! The burritos are great and the chips and salsa have always been fresh. We just moved to the area and have agent here 4 or 5 times already. Definitely a place that we will regular. Updated - The fajitas are awesome along with everything else we have tasted from the menu.

These people know their business and do it well, the food is always fresh and hot at the table. The wait staff is helpful with suggestions and tends to the needs of our table well. We enjoy the festive ambiance that really makes this a fully enjoyable experience.

Excellent food made by excellent people. My wife and I love going for dinner. I recommend the enchilada tamale lunch. The service here is excellent.
