Staff is welcoming and attentive. Pizza is really good and is what we tend to order.Outdoor patio is beautiful but I wish they had a larger non smoking area. Sometimes it's hard to enjoy with so much secondhand smoke.

I have celebrated a few different, holidays, events, even a couple of reunions. St.Paddys was a good time, as was... Wait for it... You guessed it! Valentine's Day! Nah, Valentine's Day was pretty rough on me this last year, but I gotta say Heartbreaker's is by far the only way to go in the south west suburbs... Maybe it's just an empathetic vibration but, as a fellow hopeless romantic could attest, and as the name states... They give it to you straight, with what feels like an environmental shoulder to weep on. Beautiful place, beautiful staff.

Great service from Sarah! Had the chicken and rice soup, walleye bites and a salad great food and fun people!

Heartbreakers is a very solid restaurant for bar food! They have a very good waitstaff, and it is just a nice place to hang out. We have been going there for years and consistently have great experiences! It's also nice that they have regular live music.

Their menu is outstanding! Prices are very reasonable too. We just had a problem with the service. You seat yourself, which is fine, but it took a while for a server to come around. Once we got our drinks and ordered it took a while and we noticed a couple tables that were there before us hadn't received their meals until after us. Our server never introduced himself, didn't make us feel welcome, didn't thank us for coming in; I guess if you're not a regular or fit in the right demographic you're not welcome here.But the food was great and is why I'm leaving this 3-star review instead of something lower. We tried the classic burger and the walleye sandwich. The sandwich was huge! Menu items are definitely worth the price and are very reasonable compared to other restaurants in town. The drinks on the other hand, a soft drink costs $3. I'm sorry, but since we never got refills it is definitely not worth it.A couple other issues we had... their menu (at the restaurant and online) needs someone to proofread / edit it. Badly. It's not like I was going to argue it or anything, but here is a direct copy and paste from their menu, "sandwiches and burgers... includes a pickle spear, french fries, waffles fries, coleslaw, kettle chipss" (that typo is supposed to be there) Almost sounds like you should get all those things, right? My burger came with a pickle spear and waffle fries, but my fiance's sandwich came with just some not-so-fresh coleslaw. Also, my burger came out to a higher price than what was listed on the menu. I reviewed it afterwards to see if there was an up-charge for waffle fries or something. Nothing that I can find. PROOFREAD YOUR MENU!

Sat at the bar for 14 min. Bartender asked the guy next to me if he wanted a second drink. He pointed at me and said "aren't you going to help him?". She helped me with a pair of beers happy hour. I ordered the Cajun steak bites. I was asked pink or no pink. I made the mistake of saying pink and got raw. See picture. They need to get the gambling out from behind the bar so they can focus on serving drinks at the bar. I won't be back.

Great social location. Good get together for friends and family. Good outdoor seating. I recommend lunch specials. Parking needs to be improved

3 stars for the food. I hate to review based on wait staff as they come and go but I recognized the server and he's been there awhile. Couldn't have been more unpleasant. Was downright rude to our group. We had a party of 11 and wanted to sit at 3 separate tables which seemed to make him very unhappy. Same amount of people so what was the problem? Unsmiling and rude to each table. Insinuated something about us not going to tip him. After his attitude we shouldn't have, but we did as we're all good tippers. Won't be back anytime soon.

Visiting the area and stopped to eat at Heartbreakers. Sat in their outside porch-type area. Was really nice. A live Jazz band came in and set up while we were there. They were wonderful! Not too loud and the music was really good. We mainly ordered the appetizers which were just big enough to fill us. We had steak tips, Cajun tips, waffle fries and the hands down winner of the evening was buffalo wings with the dry rub. My son got the wings but I first chose the Cajun tips. The Cajun steak tips were cooked perfectly and the spice was very nice. Not overpowering. I tried one of my son's wings and from the first bite I was hooked. I finished my steak tips and ordered another basket of wings with the dry rub because I was not going to leave without turning my pleasant experience into an awesome one. The others who chose the regular steak tips were happy with their orders as well. Our server was nice and very helpful. The restrooms were nice and clean. We would definitely return!
